Curious about the ongoing NRF? 🛍️ During Saturday, the entire New York City transformed into a safari scene as retailers actively participated, enthusiastically scouring the city to discover the latest and greatest consumer experiences.

At ITAB, we were actively participating and wanted to share two concepts—one a bit more hidden and rare, and the other more well-known and visited.

What they have in common is their focus on pinpointing their target audience and their needs, offering interactions and experiences in every corner, and reaping the benefits in terms of popularity and sales.

Petco 🐾: A beautiful store concept designed mainly for dogs (or is it their owners?). The clientele can take a bath or haircut, enter a course, or simply stroll around and explore toys, treats, or even try on a coat that matches their owner.

American Girl 👧: A heaven on earth for kids who love dolls (and their parents willing to pay for that priceless smile on their kids' faces). Here, you could bring your doll for a haircut in the same style, customize a doll to resemble you, and find anything related to your shared interests. If your doll fell ill, it could even schedule a doctor's appointment. When you and your doll got tired, you could enjoy a cup of tea ☕ at furniture designed in your size.
