new: muscat matcha fizz (this is a matcha mocktail inspired when i was in a KL trip) ordered their matcha mocktail which i never tried before and it was so refreshing. went back home and recreate, i can say that it taste exactly the same 🫶🏻 by @itc.h__

🥐 Shio Pan — Original, Milk Cream & Garlic Cheese
🍵 Jasmine Matcha — fragrant and refreshing, with a lovely floral touch
🍌 Banana Pudding Matcha — creamy and dessert-like

The Garlic Cheese shio pan was my favourite of the breads — buttery, savoury and cheesy without feeling too heavy. Even packed some home. A great weekend trip 🤍 taken in Batam, Riau, Indonesia by @itc.h__

Jujur agak sulit milih yang mana yang favorit kali ini, soalnya 2 varian ini cocok banget di aku 🥹😆 @itc.h__

Ada Spinach & Cheese; ini ak panasin lagi 5 menit, biar dapet pulled cheese nya😆 pertama kali makan, serasa makan spinach dip! yes semirip itu.
Terus Soy Kinako; Enaaak, ganyangka, si kinako goes really well with saltbread! ngga bikin saltbread nya soggy at all! Dalem nya ada chunks of warabi mochi. Jadi tekstur nya lebih playful!

Btw, golden orchard itu base nya earlgrey milk clarifide (metode yg bikin minuman warna nya bening) di base nya jg pakai pear, peach sama ada lemon.

what a bold flavor actually. hot honey mentaiko.

thank you @itc.h__ udh ijinin aku ngerekam proses bikinnyaa 🥹 dan aku baru tau klo mentaiko itu bukan mentai & tobiko ya. Mentaiko ini terbuat dr pollock roe.

Jujur ini pertama kalinya ak makan rasa ini. first impression sebnrnya ngga shocked bgt sama rasanya, soalnya makin dimakan it reminds me of onigiri tuna mayo. Agak mirip aja ya. Dann umami banget. gurih asin, aroma laut (tapi ngga overwhelming), rasanya juga jauh lebih bold, manis dkit, pedes dikit. and ada nori to balance the whole thing . saltbread nyaa crispy!

terus ada 7 varian minuman yg aku cobain:
✨my number one pick klo mau matcha goes to jasmine matchaaa!! aak enak bgt, ngga manis, reaaaally smooth.
✨terus bana ceremonial matcha juga! unique sekali soalnya ada pisang (ini aftertaste nya ya), pake blend yabukita & okumidori.
✨peanut butter latte! wajib cobain yg suka kopi.
Tapi jujur, semuanya niceee! 🫨🫨
