They grow up so fast 😢

In 7 days I went from finally catching my first #micro tarpon to landing a #macro tarpon. Such an amazing experience and to top it off, I got to share it with my amazing wife who put in work to help get the fish out from under the bridge 💪🏼🎣

Since I began targeting inshore fish, specifically Snook, I set a goal to break 30” before I turned 30.

Mission accomplished. ✅

This big girl almost touched 34” and definitely gave me a run for my money. Big shout out to @rowdy_trouty for putting us on the fish! It isn’t every day you can go back to back 30” + out of one spot 💯

Springtime Session, featuring Amanda with a 30” snook and a dope #tarpon topwater eat 😤

This trip was extremely special for me. The fish were absolutely fired up, I ~almost~ landed my first tarpon, and the wife landed a beast for her first ever #snook. It reminded me why I love this lifestyle and hobby - creating shared memories, tight lines, nature’s beauty, and having one heck of a time.

First fishing trip on the #Gheenoe produced solid returns. Landed a lot of fish on the boat and decided to take two home for dinner 🍽️
