Your Wednesday night has just been shaken up! We're copying the success of Monday night Muay Thai over to Wednesdays. Sparring stays on Fridays and during our fight camp on Sundays.

This class is designed for ALL LEVELS from complete beginners to experienced fighters. by @itcnewyork

Incredibly proud of this group.

Thank you to the World Kickboxing Association for giving ITC the opportunity to compete as part of Team USA, to Coaches Greg and Srijan for training up the team, and to our entire student base for their support.

Half of this team had never competed before this weekend, but you’d never know that from seeing them work. To make your debut at a world championship, wearing USA on your fight shorts, on a live stream in front of everyone is a pretty big thing to take on. Everyone had something unfamiliar to deal with, between changing rulesets, age ranges, or even weight classes, but everyone got in there and put in the work.

We had 6 fighters in over 10 different divisions over the weekend and despite the highs and lows everyone came out stronger. Not everyone got the result they were hoping for but everyone had an amazing showing.

Keep an eye out for this team in the coming months, and for the rest of Team ITC ready to make their debut in 2027.

"I need to get into shape before I join"
Every martial arts gym owner has heard this one.

But one of the gyms we work with has a simple answer for it:
You can't get into shape for Muay Thai without doing Muay Thai. You can't get into shape for jiu-jitsu without doing jiu-jitsu.

Running a 5K doesn't prepare you for the mat, so the only way in is through the door.

Their first class isn't built around a fixed curriculum or a fitness standard. It's built around whoever walks in that day. New students aren't expected to keep up—they're just expected to show up. Then the gym meets them where they are, physically and experience-wise, and lets the training do the rest.

That's the kind of culture that keeps people coming back. Not pressure or perfection. Just a mat, a good instructor, and the willingness to start. 💪 by @itcnewyork

🚨 JULY 2026 MEMBERSHIP UPDATE 🚨

First things first:

🔒 ALL CURRENT MEMBERS ARE LOCKED IN TO THE OLD PRICES.

If you’re currently a member at ITC, your membership rate will not increase as long as your membership remains active.

Beginning July 1, we’ll be introducing updated membership options, new drop-in pricing, and a revamped trial system for new students.

Thinking about joining OR coming back? Now is the time.

Anyone who signs up before July 1 will be grandfathered into our current membership rates and keep them moving forward. by @itcnewyork
