Grow and Gather Social Recap! We had a great time learning how to become new growers! Food, drinks, live music, education and good people! Everyone was able to pick their desired seeds, and take a goodie bag of everything they needed to grow! The progress pics have been awesome!!!! Dear Carlee,

Birthday Parties, Graduations, Road trips, vacas, parent teacher conferences, track meets, weddings and grandkids, won’t ever be the same without you. I’ll be holding it down from here. Remembering how you taught me to efficiently pack a suit case and a cooler.

At times you would ask me a question in your head, and I would answer it out loud, we shared the gift of telepathy. We enjoyed most, observing nature and letting time be still.

Ups, downs, highs, lows, together or not, you never let me do life alone. When I was heads down studying for the PMP, you did pick up and drop off every single day for a month so that I could study. When you got serious about starting your business, I emptied my pockets for your ambitions, you always did the same for me.

No matter the circumstance, I could always count on my car and walk way shoveled after a storm, and a clear lawn after the leaves fell. Although the difference in our parenting styles made me want to pull my hair out some days, I never had to do it alone. Here’s to beach days, matching tats, road trips, hospital stays, good times and tough ones. We lived, we loved and we learned, Thank you.

2 beautiful energies created, half of me and half of you as energy is neither created nor destroyed, it just is and will always be. Thank you for leaving me with other amazing women to raise the kids with. Cahari, Caden, Carter, Cali, Cross…We got them. Cross will know that he was a true daddy’s boy, and you will always hold the title of being Carter’s first love.

You have taken off your headset in this game/experience we call life and transcended back into your light body form. As today we said our final goodbyes, it is only the beginning for us family continuing this side of the journey without you.

Shout out to @soybaltimore for a great event today, bridging community gaps! Thank you for having us! Check out all the amazing support they have given to the youth through community initiatives. What a pleasant experience, we will be on our bikes next time! Bike ride, free Kona ice, face painting, rock climbing, basketball, holistic drink vendors, music and so much fun! Shout out to the police department for also participating and helping to bridge the gap with our youth. by @itcountsllc

Men’s Mental Health Matters 💙
While mental health affects everyone, men often experience and express emotional struggles differently than women.
▪️ Men are more likely to internalize emotions and avoid seeking help. ▪️ Depression in men may appear as irritability, anger, risk-taking, or substance use rather than sadness. ▪️ Men are less likely to access therapy or mental health services due to stigma and societal expectations. ▪️ Women are generally more likely to discuss emotional distress and seek support from friends, family, or professionals. ▪️ Men often report feeling pressure to be strong, self-reliant, and emotionally controlled, which can make vulnerability more difficult. ▪️ Although women are diagnosed with depression and anxiety at higher rates, men have higher rates of death by suicide.
Mental health doesn’t have a gender, but understanding these differences can help us better support the men in our lives. Checking in, listening without judgment, and encouraging help seeking can make a profound difference.
