This is absolutely the truth. I used to get so annoyed that God didn’t allow me to be “normal “ 😂😂. What I mean by “normal” is that he didn’t give me the heart to love worldly things or act in away the world says it’s ok to act. Every time I fell into my own selfish wants God showed me every time why they weren’t for me. Sometimes they were hard lessons to learn sometimes and sometimes even painful lessons because I wasn’t listening to Him or because I just didn’t seek Him at all. Now in hindsight He reveals to me why those things or situations didn’t work out and I thank Him every single day for His protection. God knew my heart has always been after Him even in the moments that it didn’t appear that way. What a good and gracious God. It’s not a perfect walk i know I fall short at times but my heart will always welcome God’s redirection. 🙏🏽🫶. “ Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.”

This time last year, God delivered. I didn’t know when we first met but each time we met after our first meeting God kept showing me he was the One. Prayers do get answered, God hears you. My friend @thomasntisav_buckyburgers1 told me to write a list of qualities my future husband should have. So I did three years ago. Honestly I wrote this list almost a year after she told me to. lol. I didn’t fully believe I deserved what God had in store for me. I myself didn’t have all the qualities I asked God for in a partner so when I prayed over my “list” I prayed over myself that He would mold me into wife my future would need. To be truthful I wrote this list I prayed and let God get to work. It wasn’t a perfect road I fell short at times I even forgot about my list, until I refocused and gave my full attention to God. When I met @rcl__1 God for some reason reminded me of my list. I was just randomly in my notes making a grocery list for my dad lol and I accidentally scrolled all the way to the beginning of my notes and read through my list and I realized he had every single quality. So I kept praying that God keep showing me signs that this was real. I even said he couldn’t have no more than 4 kids and had to be adults. 😆😂😂😂.. My hunny has 4 amazing kids and they are all adults. 🙏🏽..All this to share God answers prayers and he cares for all the little details that matter to you. I was so specific. God must have agreed with my list because He truly over delivered. God is real. .. I wasn’t expecting to write this long post. We were able to go on a day date and enjoy live music @roma23_woodfiredpizza where we had dinner for the first time 1 year ago. 🙏🏽♥️ by @itel.dotk.6236

My testimony isn’t me pretending I never had a past, It’s me giving the credit to God for not leaving me there. Ii don’t ever want to come off as a holier than thou Christian my past is what brought me to the Lord. I thank God everyday for saving me. Is it easy to give up control ? absolutely not, but life is much more peaceful and gentler and on the days I fall short I know He still loves me and He is who defines me not my past. Everyday I’m in Awe of God for allowing me to wake up every morning to experience His greatness. To be able to feel His presence. These images I get to capture are His reminder of His grace, mercifulness, faithfulness and most importantly His love. The rainbow in the second picture is another reminder of the covenant that He built between Him and ALL living creatures. (Even the little birdies we see on our walks 🥹) . We saw a rainbow twice this week and that was a bonus because I haven’t been in the Word as much as I wanted to this week and this was His reminder that He is still close and He is still walking with me. Yes it’s been overcast and science will explain why the rainbow appeared twice this week, but you cannot tell me the “Universe” created these views on its own. The “Universe” still has A creator and that is God and God created science 😉🙏🏽. He is in ALL things. 🙌🏽❤️

Late post (as always) . Monday morning’s walk. .. it’s my favorite time to spend with @rcl__1 and the Lord. whether in the morning or evening. We use this time to talk about life things, what we’re seeking God for the day or just general. We talk about how God speaks to us. I never believed this could be my life. I knew it was possible but not for me until God stepped in and took over. . Let go and let God as clichè as it sounds it’s absolutely true. 🙏🏽❤️ #grateful by @itel.dotk.6236

Had the best birthday week and weekend. Seven days of celebrating me lol. Thanks to @rcl__1 . I appreciate you so much my love for making everyday so special all while you’re juggling a new career endeavor and your gym clients. As busy as you are you always make sure I know that I’m thought of. Idk how you do it but I appreciate everything you do for me and our growing family.
