“Meet. Hug. Snap. Share: Be YOU. Bravely.
Call to action – women of the Taekwon‑Do World Cup
Women of the ITF World Cup – this is our moment. On Thursday, 1 October 2026, at 18:30, right after the day’s competition ends, we gather at the sports arena in Benidorm for a single, powerful photo.
Wear your dobok – competitors, coaches, referees and officials alike. Bring your sunglasses, your smile, and your sisterhood. Around 1,200 of us will stand together: one breath, one salute, one frame that says we belong. Come to hug, to exchange greetings, to click the shutter – and to send a message to every girl and woman watching: Be YOU. Bravely.”

Con valentía.” taken in Benidorm, Spain by @itf_athletes

What is doping? What are my obligations as an athlete? What should I do if I need to take medication that may contain a prohibited substance? And when do I need a Therapeutic Use Exemption?

This session will explain the essential anti-doping processes athletes and coaches need to know and provide plenty of time for questions and answers.

Register for free and participate online via Zoom.
