Sharing something i’m really proud of—1.5years of consistency and self love—no gym🎀

I am no different than anyone else whose proud of their transformation journeys, however something i have most commonly heard & realised, People usually transform after they had a heart break or some other reason when they feel ashamed, being called names “Moti” “Bhais” “hathi” “baby elephant” and what not!—Did it not happened to me? Ofcourse it did! but did it affect me? Shockingly Not as much as I thought it did to others & I am proud of myself for that because growing up-one thing I learned about myself was that i’m a rebel kid & was certain about one thing that if I ever had to transform myself i’ll do it only when i feel like doing it! Not because any miserable assh*le casually commented on me, I have seen so many versions of myself through thick & thin that I knew I donot like to take people’s opinions about myself or my life, I’ve always been unbothered because those who despite having their own lives fu€ked are more interested to give opinions on my life, body or anything related to me (negatively)—just to feel powerful in the moment, if they felt the need to dim someone’s light are already living miserably & miserable people usually end up fu€king themselves on their own, I just distance myself from their low energies and never look back.

Everyone’s always facing their life’s silent battles, I have had fair share of mine—As I was growing I realised I was someone who’s hyper sensitive, always living in survival mode and I recently learned few years ago that I had developed an emotional attachment w/ food. Everytime I was happy I indulged, everytime I was sad/had mood swings I’d overeat & when I was angry I would skip meals completely!
I was never too fat I had fluctuations, one yr I was slim other yr I was fuller for 10yrs, tried so many diets & gym routines nothing stuck but this journey was special I consciously healed my relationship w/ food and fixed my routines.

Cared enough to not care anymore ✨🌸

It’s always been Me vs Me🎀

I’ve done my inner work and I’m still continuously on that journey—too self-consumed with growing in every aspect of my life to care about anyone else.

For people around me, virtually or physically—I’m either inspired by them in some way or they simply don’t exist for me. No room for jealousy, insecurities or B.S. Those who know me personally know I have zero tolerance for it. I won’t even discuss what you did wrong, I’ll just leave. Life’s too short to pull others down or entertain misaligned energies. Certainly not here to educate grownups.

From being a people pleaser to being able to accept myself with all my insecurities and my shadow side was a long journey that didn’t happen overnight.

If Instagram didn’t need engagement to grow our accounts I wouldn’t have even cared if someone responded on posts or not.

I personally validate myself and have a very high self-esteem to care for external validation. If someone compliments me genuinely, I love it—not because I need it, but because it comes from a place where I already know myself. That compliment is just the cherry on cake.🍰

And that’s what I want more women to know— know your worth, respect yourself and do things for yourself. Once you reach that stage, the universe connects you with aligned souls✨
