Port of Spain aloo pies could never! 😏✨ Say hello to Savoury Elegance, just one of the standout vendors at @streatfood_park Debe’s newest foodie hotspot. Now tell me why I never had an aloo pie stuffed with curry gizzard (yes, gizzard) before?! You can also add chow mein, chicken or smoked herring if you’re feeling extra - trust me, you’ll want to 🤤 😉 Other must-try spots inside: 🔥 Fireside roti, curries and creole food from @dchulhashop 🍗 Chicken & waffles, wings & shakes from @happybites868 🍓Smoothies, punches & wellness shots from @trinisupps 🍰 Cakes & desserts from @thepastrybar.tt 💡 Plus a PopUp Food Space with a brand-new vendor every week, so there’s always something fresh to try. Streat Food Park 📍 55 Lalbeharry Trace, Debe, South Trinidad 🕒 Mon - Sat, 6 AM–10 PM | Sun 10 AM–10 PM I’m definitely heading back to Streat Food Park because I need me more of those aloo pies from @kvcreations1976 🙌🏼💃🏽 who’s coming with for the road? 🚗💨🥘🌯 Earrings | Ring @ayastyler #debe #streatfoodpark #southtrinidad #foodie #streetfood #trinifood #caribbeanfood #roadtrip by @itiscrystal

If food is your love language, you’re gonna want to hear this…😌🍜💬 I stopped by the soft launch of @lemongrass.tt - a brand new Thai food truck by Queen’s Park Savannah (Woodford Street corner), with my @scorch.radio family and babyyyy…they did not come to play! Let’s just say my tastebuds are still in a relationship with that Thai green curry 😮‍💨🌶️ Here’s what I tried: • Pad Thai - can’t go wrong • Yaki Ramen - one of my favs • Pad Wan Sen - flavours were definitely there, but a lil bit on the drier side • Udon noodles - yes please 🙌🏼 • Thai jasmine rice - solid!! • Thai green curry - spicy, creamy, elite🫰🏼 📝 Bonus tip: you can add chicken or shrimp to most of the noodle or rice dishes 🙌🏽 And THEN… I discovered Mood Cocktails. A vibe on their own. 💯 Tried the Tamarind Whiskey Sour and the Lime Margarita - both hit, but that tamarind one? Whewww… yes please. 🍸🔥 Would I go back? Absolutely. Love that every dish is made fresh on the spot. Would I eat everything again? Without shame. 😤 #LemongrassTT #TriniFoodie #FoodTruckDiaries #ThaiFood #ThaiFoodTruck #MoodCocktails #SavannahEats #ThaiFoodLovers #PhadThai #ThaiGreenCurry #UdonNoodles #YakiRamen SpicyAndSatisfied #SupportLocalEats . . . . . . . . . . Disclaimer: This video was created as part of a social media content strategy test. The mispronunciation of “Thai” was intentional and used to explore two commonly applied techniques in digital marketing: a strong, attention-grabbing hook, in this case: “that was the best food I ever ate in my life,”) and a deliberate disruption to prompt audience engagement (what some might refer to as “rage bait”). If you noticed there was extra emphasis on the mispronounced word - that was by design 🙈 As a social media marketer and someone who works in advertising daily, I regularly test trends and audience behavior across platforms. In today’s digital space, where radio advertising budgets continue to shift towards social, these techniques are widely used to increase visibility and spark conversation or in simple terms, make content go viral. by @itiscrystal

Two words: DOUBLES DONUT! 👀🇹🇹 Yup, yuh read that right! Allyuh ever hear about this before, much less try one? Because Trinis will put a twist on ANYTHING! And listen…the doubles donut wasn’t the only thing giving main character energy in the Freebird kitchen! 😮‍💨 We’re talking oxtail mac and cheese bombs, lamb shepherd’s pie croquettes, turkey and goat cheese empanadas, plus passion fruit jus ceviche with lobster, octopus and shrimp. Then came beet and bird pepper-cured snook with mango chow coulis. And for dessert? Earl Grey crème brûlée and malted chocolate torte. Yeah…no notes 😤 These bites were served up at the official media launch for Dîner en Blanc Port of Spain 2026, where Freebird Restaurant was announced as the official restaurant partner. The all-white dining experience takes place November 14 at a secret location in Port of Spain, hosted by Meagan Monsegue and Nigel Roach. 🤍✨ But let’s circle back to the real question…ALLYUH TRYING THE DOUBLES DONUT OR WHAT?! 👀 Earrings: @ayastyler Food: @freebirdtt #trinidadandtobago #trinifood #doubles #doublesdonut #foodie by @itiscrystal
