~ MEET THE FINALISTS ~

PARAST00

Parast00 is a Persian singer-songwriter making music in Vancouver. She doesn’t stay in one lane. From R&B and pop to pop rock, soul, ballads, and indie, she brings whatever the song calls for.

At the heart of her music is honesty. Her goal is to create something real enough that people with completely different tastes can still hear a piece of themselves in it.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOU AT THE GRAND FINALE?

PARAST00: “Passion, new music, and a surprise or two along the way!”

WHAT DOES THE LAB MEAN TO YOU?

PARAST00: “A kind, artistic community! A place to learn, practice, grow, and finally be seen and heard. The Lab is where you find art, love, and support all at once.”

WHY SHOULD PEOPLE PULL UP TO THE GRAND FINALE?

PARAST00: “Because it’s a room full of talented local artists who pour everything into their craft. It’s not just a show. You’re getting an experience full of excitement and people showing up with passion.”

ONE LAST EVENT. ONE LAST STAGE. ONE LAST THE LAB. 🧪🏆

I’m posting this choreo that I’ve kept in my camera roll since February because it’s international dance day today.
@heealsoules has been the one place where I’ve felt this free and connected to my body and I’m so grateful for that space and @jennahoman_ leading it.
