Form & Function Crew came to us with an idea—and honestly, a frustration. They were tired of the same old car show systems everyone uses, and the headaches that comes with them.

They wanted one place where their people could easily find events, register fast, and still get that clean, app-like experience—plus a forum space to keep the community connected.

So we built it.

And yeah—on the surface it might look like a simple website. But it’s not. Behind the scenes, it’s a real system with a full admin panel and an event approval workflow baked in. We are building more and more custom features to make this experience, “Form & Function.”

They can review submissions, mark people as pending / approved / denied, and the platform automatically handles the follow-up: sending the right emails at the right time, generating the image from whatever the person uploaded, and delivering it to the user so they instantly know where they stand.

That’s the extra layer most “basic sites” don’t have—and it’s exactly why they chose us and the Revamp process: **Define. Disrupt. Dominate.**

Because it ships something so smooth and intentional that people feel it the second they use it. It looks right, it flows right, it’s premium—and instead of blending in with what everyone else is doing, it starts to feel like the new standard.
