Not even 24 hrs of all the furry (and smelly) little friends that come visit the backyard.

Just a little icy out there this morning. A fitting welcome back to Canadian weather. 😭 🥲 🇨🇦 taken in Elmira, Ontario by @itleels

This project was done before our larger reno but I finally have life organized enough to show it off!

Opened up the front hall closet into a mudroom bench, makes it feel so much bigger!

Demo done by us 😂💪

I just can't with Ivy. So pretty, calm, snack motivated. Just like her mums 😂

2025 tried us.
2026 feels like we can finally exhale.
Moved from NC to Canada 🇨🇦
Lived in a temporary apartment
Rescued feral cats along the way
Got my wife permanent residency
Sold a house, bought a house
Flew back and forth more times than I can count
Moved five cats across a border
Bought a new car
Built a new life from scratch
And now… we’re home.
Grateful. Tired. Proud. Breathing again.
Happy New Year ✨

Starting the New Year the right way: warming toe beans by the fire and doing absolutely nothing productive 🐱🔥
May 2026 be soft, slow, cozy, and full of naps. Happy New Year from this little fireplace loaf.

25 days of xmas shirts. A Leels advent calendar if you will. Definitely a bit "over-consumption core" but these are shirts I've collected over the past 10 years.

Merry Christmas!

Little Rosie was so afraid but she's grown to feel so safe and is so loved.

Rescued in North Carolina, spoiled in Ontario.
She really said new country, new life 🐾🇨🇦

Strolled around @elora.bia a bit after our high tea, a little cold but so pretty! Loved the mini honor system Christmas market! @elorachristmasmarket made out with some fudge and a cute mug!
