What do the two movies we’re screening Friday (Gabby and Eleanor Go Up and Down the Mountain + Trans Panic!) have in common? Along with being two diaristic stories about people filming their friends on the cheapest cameras they can get their hands on, they also have incredible soundtracks. Each filmmaker has lots of music that I recommend just as much as their movies.

Check out some of @itmegrenbee performances on YouTube and listen to @gabbykhg and @arealwormanactualworm collaborative AND solo work on Bandcamp!

October 23rd, 7PM at @rocking_s_art_ranch come watch two movies about girls filming their friends with video cameras.

TRANS PANIC (dir. Gren Bee, 94min.)

“A Christian fundamentalist trans hyperpop musician on a love quest for the heart of vice president JD Vance teams up with an intersex incel filmmaker who’s madly in love with her on a performative terrorist attack to establish themselves as martyrs for the alt-right while using the publicity to launch their respective music and film careers. Trans panic asks questions like: What if your intersectionality intersected with shit that was evil and made you suck a lot?”

The funniest movie I’ve seen all year. Basically trans Connor O’Malley if he was bolder with his structuralist impulses. In other words, exactly my kind of shit.

GABBY AND ELEANOR GO UP AND DOWN THE MOUNTAIN (dir. Gabby Khangyi and Eleanor Abrahams, 17 min.)

“2 girls have a bicycle adventure in beautiful Hamilton”

If you loved our Josephine Massarella screening, you will love this landscape/hangout/biking beauty. Incredibly sweet and a new go to comfort movie with a mesmerizing soundtrack.

@magmapuddle and Me!

A wannabe christo-fascist terrorist trans girl teams up with an incel filmmaker who's in love with her to plan the attack of a lifetime: the destruction of a Chicago skyscraper in broad daylight on Christmas eve.

@amphibean_of_sorts in Trans Panic! Screening at @eyewash.station.diy on the 22nd! In just a couple of days!!!!

Trans Panic! Is about a transgender wanna-be Alt-Right terrorists who teams up with an incel filmmaker to blow up a Chicago skyscraper and promote her Christian hyperpop album!

In this scene they meet "Benni", a tgirl who's dad works for Lockheed Martin, in the hopes of scoring some nitroglycerin.

Come see the movie Tuesday in Chicago!!!!! by @itmegrenbee

In honor of @organfailuredotorg 's birthday, here's a clip from our movie Trans Panic! Where we just met her and she showed us a bunch of evil shit on her computer.

Trans Panic! (2026): Two complicated losers team up to launch a terror attack on the city of Chicago's "wokest building" hoping it'll get one of them recognized as the world's first transgender Alt-Right extremist. It goes very poorly for everyone involved, and they filmed the whole thing.

Come check it out on the 22nd at eyewash station in Chicago, and if you can't make it, you can buy the movie on my gumroad! U know where to find it :) by @itmegrenbee
