52, still figuring out my next chapter.

But this I know.

What’s a no that turned into your best yes?

Sharing what running two stores for five years actually taught me. Lesson two: you don’t get good by feeling ready.
Our first grand opening, we were terrified of letting anyone down. Two years later, same lines out the door — but we’d finally put in the reps.
Confidence isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you build one rep at a time.
What’s something you got good at simply by doing it scared? 👇

We sold our two Crumbl stores this summer.
Five years. Two stores. Gone in what felt like a blink.
Even good transitions are still hard. This week I’m sharing what that actually taught me — not the highlight reel.
Ever been through a change that was right, but still hard? What was it? 👇

Just got back from a trip that seriously filled my cup. 💛🥤
A mix of work and family — the kind of balance that reminds me what it’s all about.

Involved in some things I’m really proud of, and also soak up time with the people who mean the most to me. Laughs, late nights, good food, real talks… my heart (and camera roll) is full.

Grateful for moments like this.

Out here catching ☀️
Between the ☁️
On a rainy weekend

Isn’t this what living a fulfilling life is about, catching what you need and navigating the rest. Be intentional with your own needs. taken in Surfside Beach, South Carolina by @its.always.been

The Season of Giving applies to you too…
Every year brings new changes, lots are good some are not what we would’ve chosen, but it’s the cards we have now. Be gentle with yourself and offer the same care you freely gift to others. Love you 🥰 by @its.always.been

"If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one." -Dolly Parton

Lots of new roads have been being paved in the last few years. These new roads have come with loads of growth, whether I've been ready or not.
