2025 was the first year I made goals for myself since 2020. I finally felt ready to push myself again but this time with compassion and kindness instead of discipline & negative self talk. 🦋

Did I accomplish everything I set out to? No, but I made progress towards almost all of them and set myself up to continue working towards them in 2026. #progressoverperfection

Excited to be in a place where I can push myself without abandoning myself and overexerting myself. 😌

Are you carrying over any goals from last year to this year? Try to give yourself grace as your feed fills up with 2026 challenges and everyone’s goals. You are exactly where you’re supposed to be. 🤗

What goal are you most proud of completing in 2025 or excited to have set for 2026? 💫

Making new family traditions in our new home while honouring our past. 🖤 This was our second Día de los Muertos and the first year we made an alter to honor our loved ones who have passed on. So thankful for all this new tradition has brought me 🤍

Living in a seasonal town is the closest thing to summer sleepover camp you will get as an adult. My fellow campers, do you live somewhere seasonal? Do you agree?

When I’m back in Toronto I feel it 🥰 took too long to put this together and the time with all my favourite people (and food) was too short! 🫶✨

Dream big & dare to believe your dreams can come true! 💫🥹✨

✍️ Tell me, what would happen for you if it all worked out? What dreams would be your reality? How would you feel? What would your life look like?

🦀 It’s crazy to think that just three years ago, I was scheming up ways to spend a few months a year in Sayulita. Now, I live here! Writing down my dreams and visualizing my dream life helped me believe it was possible & figure out the goals I needed to achieve to make it happen!

🍯 Feeling stuck? DM me for some prompts to help you discover your dream life!

It’s Caslon, but I’ll answer to anything at this point! 🙃

Can you come up with another nick name for me?? 👀

Having a unique name (I am named after a font!) I could have made a whole video of the various mispronunciations of Caslon. 😅

While it’s pronounced, Kaz•Lawn I truly don’t mind when people mess it up! We are all just doing our best! 🤗
