A few weeks ago I posted a video that changed everything. I’m still 41. I’m still rebuilding. I’m still figuring it out one day at a time. My life isn’t magically fixed, but for the first time in a long time, I actually believe I’m going to make it. If you’re rebuilding too, you’re welcome here. ❤️

A lot of people are carrying around damage they didn’t deserve. Healing yourself while watching the other person move on like nothing happened is a different kind of heartbreak. But rebuilding anyway is the flex. #rebuildingmyself #startingoverat41 #healingjourney #divorcerecovery #glowupafter40 by @its.cassbee

If you’ve been looking for a skincare product that helps your skin look brighter and gives you that fresh, healthy glow, Farmacy Beauty Brighten Up is worth checking out. I love how satisfying it is to use, and my skin always looks so refreshed afterward. It’s become one of those products I keep reaching for in my skincare routine. ✨ #FarmacyBrightenUp #FarmacySkincare #SkincareRoutine #GlowingSkin #skincarefavorites by @its.cassbee

Watching these curls release is so satisfying. ✨ I love seeing how defined each curl looks before brushing everything out. Thanks TYMO BEAUTY US for having me create this one! 💛 #tymobeauty #CurlsTYMO by @its.cassbee

Calling all TikTok creators because I’m genuinely trying to figure this out. My account grew really fast from one viral video, and ever since joining the Creator Rewards Program I’ve had some unusual posting limitations. I’m curious if anyone else has dealt with this, how long it lasted, and whether there was anything you did that helped. I’d especially love to hear from creators who had a viral video early on. #tiktokcreator #creatorrewards #contentcreator #tiktokgrowth #creatortips by @its.cassbee

I’ve spent way too much money trying to find an everyday nude lipstick that didn’t make me look washed out or leave my lips feeling dry. After trying the Judydoll Stay Shine Lipstick, I finally understand why so many people call it their favorite. It’s smooth, comfortable, and the kind of lipstick I actually want to wear every day. #Judydoll #NudeLipstick #EverydayLipstick #HydratingLipstick #LipstickReview by @its.cassbee

If you’re new here, hi. I’m Cass. ❤️ I’m 41 and rebuilding my life in real time. I’m learning how to create income through social media so I can move into a place of my own, live closer to the job I love, and build a life that feels like mine again. I’m also documenting my GLP-1 glow up, trying new things, stepping outside my comfort zone, and yes… I’m fully committed to my mission of getting hot. 😂 Nothing about this happens overnight, and that’s exactly why I’m sharing it. If you’ve ever had to start over, I hope you’ll follow along. Let’s see what’s possible one step at a time. #startingoverat41 #rebuildingmylife #glp1lifestyle #socialmediacreator #womenstartingover by @its.cassbee

One thing that’s helped me stay consistent is making my water work a little harder. Instead of plain water, I like to “stack” it with a few things I’m already using: Arrae Orgain Creatine Powder Trader Joe’s Hydrolyzed Collagen Powder It gives me 25g of protein while also helping me stay on top of hydration. On days when eating enough feels harder, this has been an easy way for me to add more protein to my routine without making another meal. This is just what’s been working well for me, and it’s become part of my daily routine. My supplement routine was getting out of control, so I love finding products that help simplify it. These PureNutri US Sugar-Free Clean Dietary Magnesium Complex Gummies combine five elemental forms of magnesium with ashwagandha, L-theanine, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 into one easy daily routine. They’re sugar-free, vegan, and the Maqui Berry flavor is actually delicious. #summerwins #dealsforyoudays #magnesiumgummies #wellnessroutine #supplements by @its.cassbee

If life feels heavy today, I hope this reminds you that this season won’t last forever. You don’t have to have everything figured out. Just keep going. One day you’ll smile without forcing it. One day you’ll laugh again. One day you’ll realize you made it through something you never thought you would. Follow for gentle reminders like this. #motivation #selflove #hope #positivity #creatorsearchinsights by @its.cassbee

I honestly thought I was done trying natural deodorant because every aluminum free deodorant I tried left me disappointed. This natural deodorant duo from evolvetogether completely surprised me. It glides on smoothly, doesn’t leave white residue on my clothes, and both scents smell so clean and elevated. I finally understand why so many people recommend this clean deodorant. If you’ve been searching for a natural deodorant that actually works, this one is worth looking into. #naturaldeodorant #aluminumfreedeodorant #cleanbeauty #deodorantreview #tiktokshop by @its.cassbee
