What a time it has been. I’m finally 25! It’s truly a blessing and I’m thankful to see yet another year. I pray this chapter in my life brings me nothing but continuous happiness and opportunities. Thank you to those who have been by my side supporting me, being a shoulder to cry on and just showing up🤍 This has been an amazing birthday and I’m ready to take on this new journey of 25💋

Okay don’t get mad at meeee😭 I know I’m super late w my Italy/Paris post. I never thought I would have this type of opportunity! I’m so happy that I took a chance on myself to further my education while also traveling to another country. Being in Italy was truly like a fever dream, it went by so fast but i enjoyed the experience. I learned A LOT! I got to see the difference in teaching between America and Europe, I met new people, explored different cities, tried new foods ( which is 10000x better and fresher ) etc! Being there also made me work 10x harder in my field. Girl then Italian students are talentedddd! But anyways.. while there was definitely quite a few good days, there were days I was home sick. Going to Italy was a culture shock, heat ran by the government, the exchange rate?!!! OMG BRO I WAS SICKKKKK😭 the nonexistent sidewalks, the way almost being hit by a car and pedestrians basically not having the right of way is normalized ?! And the cobblestone killed my poor little feet. But Paris?! Oh how I miss Paris, It felt unreal. I didn’t wanna leaveeee, whoever said French ppl were mean was so wrong… well in my experience. Every encounter I had with a French person was so delightful, they’re funny and sweet. This elder lady literally gave me some fruit on the bus bc she bought too much 🤣 I figured out the metro system pretty quickly and went to see the Eiffel Tower! Yall it’s even bigger in person. The food portions tho? Small.. but enough to leave you satisfied. I pray I get another chance to go back to Europe. Four months was notttt enough for me lol taken in Florence, Italy by @its.daish

24🤍 : Im so thankful to see another year, there were times where I thought I wouldn’t. But I’m here boo! This time in Italia! Today I wanted to live in the moment so not many pictures lol but here are some of my favs. But I’m so so soooo proud of the woman that I am becoming , the experiences that I’m having etc. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me. It’s scary but.. I’m ready. Thank you for all the birthday wishes! I love yall and here’s to 24!🫶🏽 May this chapter be great! taken in Florence, Italy by @its.daish
