WOW!! I get to marry my best friend, the person who see’s and loves me for who I am, the one that encourages me to be the best person I can be, and the one who chooses to love me through it all!! Taking these engagement pictures makes marriage seem so much closer! It also has me reflecting on the meaning of marriage and love and all the things that Sam and I still have yet to learn! But I know that I am looking forward to living a unified and worshipful life with Sam that’s pleasing to the Lord! ☺️

Love means so much more than a feeling or a word we use everyday; it’s a continuous devotion of selflessness, humility, respectfulness, and treating each other with the value of God’s creation! I’m so blessed to see a glimpse of God’s love for us through the love that Sam shows me, and I pray that I do the same for him! 🙏

Our relationship is far from perfect, but we know the peace that comes from THE ONE who is love and that love abounds! Here’s to the rest of engagement season and to 259 more days until we are Mr. And Mrs. Sam Sexton 🤍🤍

So grateful for my time at Ouachita these past four years! It has grown me and shaped me into the person I am today, and I’m incredibly thankful for the education I’ve received along the way! I’ll forever be grateful for the friendships I’ve made through it all!

And the best part—my time here isn’t over yet! I’m so excited to continue at OBU pursuing my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship, while Sam begins his journey at UAMS working toward his Doctor of Medicine!

The most beautiful bridal shower, hosted by the sweetest moms and surrounded by all my girls!! I’m so thankful for the Davis’ for being so hospitable and opening up their home for this shower!!
