Rich is what people see. Wealth is what they can’t. Rich is the car , the bag, the table everyone watches you pay for . Wealth is the account nobody sees, the options nobody can take from you, the sleep nobody interrupts. I stopped buying rich a long time ago. I’m buying freedom now - and freedom doesn’t need an audience. Are you building rich, or building wealth? . . . #wealthmindset #richvswealth #financialfreedom by @its.jnco
Authentic edges over performance I spent years performing for an algorithm I thought I needed to impress. Then I noticed something: the women building real community weren’t the ones with the perfect feed-they were the ones brave enough to be imperfect in public. Their mess became permission. Their realness became the room where others could finally exhale. That’s the shift I’m obsessed with right now. Not louder. Truer. Ready to find your authentic edges? I built a quiz to help you identify where you’re still performing-and where you’re already winning at being real. Link in bio 🔗 #authenticcommunity #lowercase #reallifeSee Less by @its.jnco
Happiness was never for sale. But freedom was — and I bought mine. #moneymindset #wealthbuilding #personalfinance by @its.jnco
No one came. She stopped waiting. She built everything. That’s it. That’s the story. #ownyourstory #venchimilano by @its.jnco

Building never sent me the bill I expected. The invoices were honest — fabric, labor, certifications. That's the real cost of building: not what you pay to start, but what you pay to keep going when nothing is selling yet. Most people quit at the hidden bill. That's exactly why it filters for who's serious. What cost blindsided you when you started building? #founderlife #wealthbuilding #buildwealth by @its.jnco
Real talk: my first logo was wrong. I knew it, and I kept it anyway. It wasn’t a strategic choice. It was attachment. I made it, so I couldn’t see past it. Here’s what I didn’t expect. Holding on to it cost me clarity. Every time I put it on something, the business looked like it was still figuring itself out, because it was. The rebrand forced me to answer a question I’d been dodging: what do I actually stand for? Once I had to say it out loud, the new identity was almost obvious. Letting go of the old mark is what made room for the real one. I’m curious about you. What’s something you kept way longer than you should have, a logo, a name, a way of doing things, because it felt like yours? Drop it in the comments, and tag someone who needs to hear this. #Rebrand #CreativeEntrepreneur by @its.jnco
The face is Ai. The vision isn’t 🥂 . . . . . by @its.jnco
I don’t negotiate on who gets my time, what represents my brand, or how I show up. Psalm 46:5 — God is within her, she will not fall. I move like that’s true. People think lifestyle is what you buy. It’s what you refuse. Every “no” is a deposit into the life you’re actually building. What are you done negotiating on? . . #standards #wealthmindset #faithandfinance by @its.jnco
Not every expectation deserves an explanation 🥂 by @its.jnco
Building Venchi Milano taught me what money actually costs. Not the price tags — the invoices. Ethical fabric that runs 40% higher. Labor paid fairly, not cheaply. Certifications that cost thousands before I sold a single piece. Samples that failed. Timelines that slipped. Everyone has opinions about fashion. Few have a company in it. Founder costs are the tuition for the business you actually want. I’d rather pay real invoices than pay the tax of watching someone else build what I was scared to start. What’s the most expensive lesson your ambition ever charged you? . . #founderlife #wealthbuilding #sustainablefashion by @its.jnco
The most expensive thing I ever bought was the version of me that needed to look like she had it. The clothes. The dinners. The “I deserve this.” None of it was about the thing — it was about proving I belonged in rooms I was already standing in. Wealth started the day I stopped performing it. Now every dollar has a job: build, invest, or protect my peace. If it doesn’t do one of those three, it doesn’t leave my account. What’s one purchase you’re done performing? #wealthbuilding #moneymindset #financialfreedom by @its.jnco
