Blackberry and custard tart recipe 🍇

1 roll of ready made puff pastry (or homemade if you prefer)
Roughly 10 table spoons of custard
A big handful of blackberries
An egg or a few tablespoons of milk

Roll out your pastry in a long rectangle
Cut into 8-10 smaller separate rectangles
Spoon 2 table spoons of custard into the middle of each rectangle then add a few blackberries on top
Roughly pinch the edges of the pastry upwards to create an edge
Brush the edges of each one with whisked egg or milk
Bake your tarts on a flat tray, gas mark 5 for Roughly 20 mins or until golden brown ✨️

Tip: you can also use jams such as raspberry or apricot to make fruity tarts!
