Just a little reminder from one business owner to another 🩷

Running a business can look SO different behind the scenes than it does online. You can have your biggest year ever and still have all your money tied up in inventory. You can hit goals you once dreamed about and still wonder if you’re doing enough. You can love what you do more than anything and still have days where you feel completely lost.

I’ve been doing this for years and I STILL have days where I’m confused, overwhelmed, learning as I go, or questioning every decision I make 😂

Success doesn’t mean having everything figured out. Sometimes it just means continuing to show up, learn, pivot and believe in what you’re building.

So if you’re a business owner feeling a little behind lately… you’re probably doing better than you think. 🫶🏼

The most perfect day yesterday 🌷 I hosted my very first event where the girls got to come together and make their own Lex Noel jewelry, and it was truly so special seeing my vision come to life✨

A HUGE shoutout to my sweet friend Lori, who owns the most amazing picnic company and brought this entire setup to life! She is seriously incredible and made everything look even better than I imagined. 🧺🌷@kendallgracecollective

If you’re local and planning an event, you NEED to work with her! Her setups are beautiful, she’s amazing to work with 🤍 by @its.lexnoel

To my sister, 🤍

I am so proud of the woman you have become. You are one of the strongest people I know, and I will forever be grateful that God blessed me with such a beautiful sister and a best friend for life.

Growing up beside you has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. From all of our childhood memories to everything we’ve walked through together, I truly believe God gave us each other for a reason.

Watching you get baptized and give your life to the Lord was a moment I will never forget. I am so incredibly proud of you for choosing Him and stepping into this new chapter of your life. I know God has such a beautiful plan for you, and I can’t wait to watch it unfold.

No matter where life takes us or how deep the waters may feel, I’ll always be right beside you.

“When you go through deep waters, I will be with you.” — Isaiah 43:2

I love you forever, sis. The best is yet to come. 🤍 by @its.lexnoel
