What a weekend! I wished I got more photos and videos, but I was too busy living in the moment. Can’t wait for FLC7 next year!

There’s too many people to tag, but you’re all good cunts. See you next year. by @its__dicko

So here’s the story. At the start of last month I went to @willowbankraceway for WinterNats. For shits and giggles I took my old Canon A1 film camera loaded up with Ilford HP5. Terrible for day time shooting but it was already in the camera and I wasn’t going to change it. Anyway, I spent a bit of time trying to work out focus and timing before the top fuel cars lined up to race. This was the first or second of the session and I remember it blowing up and hoping I got the shot, but forgot all about it until tonight. So to say I was excited is an understatement. Is it perfect? Hell no! But I still love the shot. Partly pure ass, partly planned. Either way, I was bloody stoked to see this one. by @its__dicko

The moustache needed its moment.
Rarely on this side of the lens. Turns out all it takes is a good mate in @cookie_oz picking up my film camera. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, never be afraid to snap photos of your mates. We rarely get to see ourselves from other people’s perspective, so it’s cool when we do. At least I reckon it is.

One of my proudest possessions is this helmet. For a start, it’s an honour to have a @thefastlifegarage helmet. It’s a work of art in every sense of the word. Secondly this lid represents what is perhaps one of my coolest adventures overseas. Obviously taking delivery of the helmet at @tbartuesdaydallas, but also buying an anniversary Lowrider sight unseen from marketplace after eagle rider canceled hours before flying to the US, my first Born Free Texas experience, catching up with the homies and all the new friends I met. Now that helmet is back home and making more memories with the lads back here. by @its__dicko

What a weekend. Hangs with (almost) all of the homies (sorry @morecubesthanhair), a couple of killer bike events, and near perfect weather.
Weekends like this are what it’s all about.
Love the scene we’ve built here solid people and even better times.
No fancy camera this time. #ShotOniPhone by @its__dicko

Like an oasis in the desert, the humble 7-eleven shines bright under neon light. A beacon of hope for weary travellers and insomniacs alike on a mission to find late night cigarettes, a stale sausage roll and an ice cold choccy milk.

Since the internet if for ever and someone will get their hair in a knot I won’t talk about the duality of this place. I won’t mention the extraction of highly valued copper and gold and the processes which scars the ground for ever. A resource that is vital to the “decarbonisation” of our society. I also won’t mention that this is all on sacred ground that is supposed to be respected and cherished not only by the indigenous community, but the very people demanding a green future. We do this in the name of progress, but at what cost. by @its__dicko

As much as I love a perfect paint job, I don’t think it gets any more chopper than decoupage on a gas tank.

I can’t remember who’s bike it is so tag them if you know and I’ll give them credit

So I bought a “new” lens for my camera to take to Texas. I took 64 photos. Most were… meh
Anyway I do love city views, and being in Deep Ellum looking towards downtown Dallas was pretty cool.

Finally got a minute to look at some of the photos from last weekend. @timmybobby spreading the love.

It started as a DX, then got the “hell yeah brother” treatment with a wide glide front end. Now it’s been rescued and returned to its former glory.

Took the carby clappers for a burn. Drank some beers. Took some photos. Drank some more beers. Ran out of fuel. All the good stuff hey.
