Pop Up, thank you. Your energy, your smiles, and your appetite turned this night at Gotthard Bar, our resident home, into something truly unforgettable.

AsisKitchen has always been about more than cooking it’s about creating moments, sharing comfort, and bringing people together.

Watching you enjoy our fried chicken wings, crispy chicken burgers, and fried veggies filled us with so much gratitude.

Every batch, every bun, every bowl was made with heart and seeing you laugh, vibe, and come back for more reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

🍔 Burger Review: @asiskitchen.ch – Gotthard Bar, direkt an der Langstrasse, Zürich
Ich habe den Classic, Filipino und Jalapeño Burger probiert – und alle drei waren richtig stark. Alle Burger kommen mit 4x Käse, was sie richtig schön saftig und cheesy macht. 🧀🔥
Mein Ranking:
🥇 Jalapeño Burger
🥈 Filipino Burger
🥉 Classic Burger
Den Jalapeño Burger habe ich auf Platz 1, weil ich scharfes Essen liebe. Die Jalapeños geben genau den richtigen Kick, ohne den Geschmack des Burgers zu überdecken.
Der Filipino Burger kommt zusätzlich mit einem Ei und Asis’ hausgemachter Adobo-Sauce nach philippinischer Art. Eine richtig spannende Kombination mit viel Geschmack.
Der Classic ist genau das, was ein guter Cheeseburger sein soll: saftiges Patty, 4x Käse und ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack – einfach richtig gut.
Dazu gab’s knusprige, würzig gewürzte Pommes mit hausgemachter Garlic Mayo – ebenfalls ein Highlight.
Was den Laden besonders macht, ist Asis selbst. Er macht alles mit viel Herz, und das schmeckt man. Die hausgemachten Saucen und die Liebe zum Detail machen den Unterschied.
Wenn ihr an der Langstrasse in Zürich seid und Bock auf richtig gute Smashburger habt, schaut bei @asiskitchen.ch in der Gotthard Bar vorbei. Klare Empfehlung! 🍔🔥
