After cooking an idea for six years, it seemed like it was time. So I put away all the incomplete indecisive drafts I wrote over the years and started a new one, and finished it.

We filmed Ultimatum on August and I was left with the utmost admiration, appreciation, and gratitude for the team.

First of all, @anastasiademid0va (Producer, AD, PA), I have been waiting for a friend like you all my life. I am forever in awe of you. Thank you!

@lalzeppelin (PD), your brilliance and beauty is mesmerizing. Thank you for being the most amazing artist and friend.

@paumomc (Sound), you are one of my favorite people. Thank you for being so good at what you do and always being a friend for me and all of us.

@gentlemanyves (DP), I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate your support and hard work. It’s always such a delight to see you and work with you!

@yours.truly.roxy (Actor), Eli has been a character who’s been living with me for a long time; one I wanted to hold and tell her that everything will be ok. Thank you for carrying her emotions and being the best!

@david.w.rice (Actor), I am so happy that fate brought you to this team. You are an amazing actor and from the first audition, I knew Roman’s role will be in good hands. Thank you!

@van_naisu (Gaffer), @loomeed (1st AC), @dianamae.777 (2nd AC), Darius (Grip), Brian (Grip), I really don’t know how you guys do what you do. You are the most hardworking passionate people I have ever met. Thank you for being a part of this project, and hopefully, so many future ones.

@Jack (PA), So happy to have met you on set. Besides being the best at what you do, your presence brought a sense of calm, and I am incredibly grateful for you!

Here’s to making more art! Love you all! ❤️ by @its_isuda

When you feel like smiling and being silly, don’t stop yourself, cause there are going to be times that it’s so damn hard to even smile. ❤️

On this year’s Earth Day, I’m remembering one of my favorite places on earth. This is a field near Masal in the Gilan Province, located in the north of Iran. My mom grew up in Gilan, and I have spent a great deal of my life there making memories with my family and my country. The fact that there is no filter on these photos show how beautiful this place is. I love every bit of it and even thinking about it makes me appreciate life and this planet. I wish I can go there again one day.

Shervin Hajipour, the singer of this song, got arrested after sharing this song. The song “For…” has become one of the most popular songs among Iranians today because it is written based on the Iranian people’s tweets talking about why they are protesting. Shervin got 40 million views on this post, but then the post got deleted from his page and he got arrested. After that, the song has become even more popular.
So, this post is for @shervinine who is arrested for being the voice of his people, and for #woman_life_freedom .
Here is the translation of the song by @golfarahani .
.

For dancing in the streets
Freely
For our fears
When kissing our loved ones
For my sister, your sister
Our sisters
For change of these encrusted brains
For embarrassed fathers
With empty hands
For missing a normal life
For the kid searching for food in the garbage
And his dreams
For this imperative economy
For this polluted weather
For these worn trees
For the cheetahs
And the possibility of their Extinction
For the murdered innocent
Forbidden street dogs
For all of these unstoppable tears
For missing the murdered kids
For the smiling face
For students and their future
For this compulsory heaven
For the imprisoned elites
For the afghan kids
For all of these non-repetitive
"For"'s
For the meaningless slogans
For all the collapsed worthless buildings
For the feel of peace
For sun after a long night
For all the stress and
Insomnia pills
For man, home, prosperity
For the girls who wished
To be a boy
For women, life, freedom
