We came. We cooked. We conquered. @teampbc Took home the “Best Food Item” at Taste of Miami hosted by the @marlins — going head-to-head with some of the top restaurants in the city. @chef_uli.m Tostones Relleno with Short Rib stole the show, hearts and taste buds of Miami. Proud to represent as a caterer and come out on top. 🏆 Even @billythemarlin wanted a bite. by @its_just_joeee
“Locked in on what truly matters.” Myself. My growth. My family. Being a father is my biggest flex — building a legacy for my daughter and showing her what purpose and passion look like. 🫶🏾 No more building other people’s dreams. Time to take my vision to its highest level. I’ve been humble long enough... Now it’s time to remind ‘em who @teampbc really is. 🍾💼 by @its_just_joeee
Honored to be featured in @voyagemiami I had the chance to share a bit of my journey and the story behind @teampbc 🥹 From humble beginnings to serving unforgettable experiences across South Florida. Grateful for the support of my friends, family, and amazing clients who have been part of this ride. 🙏🏽 Check out the full article, link in my bio & story 🫶🏾 by @its_just_joeee
GOOD CARS. GREAT COFFEE. EVEN BETTER PEOPLE. A little caffeine, a lot of Mercedes classics, and nothing but GOOD VIBES! @espressobarmia & @midlifecrisiscarclub bringing together two passions, one community, and a whole lot of love for the culture. Came out to serve coffee, but what I found was so much more. The crew welcomed me like family, and that’s what makes these events special. From showcasing our espresso bar bike to connecting with fellow Benz enthusiasts, this is what growing a brand is all about — building real relationships, sharing experiences, and being part of something bigger than coffee. Much love to the entire @midlifecrisiscarclub family for the hospitality and support. This is only the beginning… more meets, more coffee, and more memories ahead! Who’s ready for the next Cars & Coffee? ☕️🤓 by @its_just_joeee

Happy National Daughter Day to my beautiful girl. 🫶🏾 My girl. My biggest blessing. My forever adventure partner. Being your dad is one of the greatest blessings of my life. Watching you grow into the kind, smart, strong, funny, and beautiful person you are makes me prouder than words can explain. Every adventure, every laugh, every little moment we share is something I’ll always treasure. 🫶🏾 by @its_just_joeee
17 YEARS. 2,000+ EVENTS. AND WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED. September 2009 marked the beginning of Premier Beverage Catering, and today I’m incredibly proud to celebrate 17 years in business here in South Florida. What started as a passion for hospitality and creating memorable events has opened more doors than I could have ever imagined—not only for me, but for so many people who have worked alongside me throughout this journey. Over the years, @teampbc has continued to evolve. We expanded our services, launched Espresso Bar, created new experiences for our clients, and the opportunities and relationships built through PBC even helped open the door for me to partner up and launch @alpha_securityoperations —another company that has grown incredibly quickly. When I look back, I realize that none of this happens without trust. Trust from clients who called us for their first event and continued calling us year after year. Trust from planners, venues, brands, schools, businesses, families, and community partners who allowed our team to be part of their most important moments. Since 2009, we have had the opportunity to cater and execute more than 2,000 events, from intimate celebrations to large-scale productions—and I can truly say I’ve loved being part of every one of them. Every event taught us something, introduced us to someone new, and helped shape Premier Beverage Catering into what it is today. To every client who booked us, every person who referred us, every team member who put on the uniform, every partner who believed in an idea, and everyone who has supported us along the way—THANK YOU. ❤️ I’m proud of where we started. I’m grateful for where we are. And I’m excited about where we’re going. South Florida has been our home from day one, and I look forward to continuing to grow, evolve, give back, create opportunities, and serve this community for many more years. 17 years down. 2,000+ events executed. Cheers to the next 2,000. 🖋️ @its_just_joeee Premier Beverage Catering by @its_just_joeee
