Love this clip where me and @its_kcx reflected on the similarities and variations between her music & the music of J.Bravo AKA @bruce_leeds & @bbwoy7

It led us into talking about going in and out of burnout and hyperfocus which is divine timing because I've been really hyperfocused on filming video content at @leedsdigital festival so the burnout has returned for me again.

I've gotta give myself some time away now before I get stuck in again.

There's a wisdom to acknowledging that cycle and while the burnout side can be avoided it's easier said than done.

Neurodivergent folk like me and KC feel passionately about things and we put our all into the things we love to do so we tend to be either "Hell Yes!" Or "Hell No!" 😂

We didn't need any audio for this shot.
Just wanted to paint the picture of the dark thoughts in KC's mind in the Music Video for Life Has Changed...

But you might aswell do it in style! @bruce_leeds quoted the bible verse from Pulp Fiction and I think the monologue from the follow up scene worked even better. "I'm trying real hard to be the shepherd."
