Where are my people who feel like every single food makes them bloat 👀 I’m going to encourage you to… heal 👏🏻 your 👏🏻 gut 👏🏻

I always thought to myself “but I eat so clean”.. little did I know the foods I was eating daily were also the foods I was sensitive to that was causing bloating & digestive issues (gluten, strawberries, tomato, peanut butter, dairy, soy, seed oil, coffee, corn and many more).

feeling SO much better & so much more in tune with my body. Knowing what foods might make me bloat has given me a whole new perspective & has helped give me more peace with food!!

So grateful for the team at @wholisticrenewal for helping me understand & heal my gut!

When you feel like you have nothing significant to offer, remember that in the hands of the Savior, your insufficiency is the perfect space for His power to move.

God isn’t looking for our abundance; He is looking for our availability. The disciples looked at the crowd and saw a massive deficit. They calculated the cost and saw only
impossibility. But the boy in the story offered what he had- his lunch, and placed it into the hands of Jesus. That tiny offering became a miracle that left twelve baskets of leftovers.

When we bring our resources, our failures, or even our struggles, God takes that small, broken offering and multiplies it far beyond our capacity to imagine.
