My stunningly beautiful girl went to her first Homecoming. She said it was boring and lasted barely an hour but we had fun dress shopping and she let me curl her hair for the first time since she was a little girl. 🥹 It was all worth it. Time just moves so fast. by @its_maryk

🏡 HAPPY HOUSE DAY, Ellie, Hunter & Sulo! 🏡

Big moves, big dreams, and a wedding just around the corner! These three have so many exciting things happening, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they begin this next chapter together. ❤️

I’ve had the absolute joy of watching Ellie grow up, and seeing the sweet life she is building makes me so incredibly proud. It means more than you probably know trusting me with your real estate needs once again & allowing me to be a small part in these big things you guys are doing.

My Guys at @jakesjunkremovalfm coming in clutch for me again helping with last minute de-stages and saving me a heck of a lot of time and stress. They also completely saved my client in her purchase last week when the seller decided to leave a garage, backyard and shed FULL of garbage! (Probably the worst final walk through of my career and the exact reason you do final walk throughs!) We could still close so she could get to work on it knowing the best we’re coming to the rescue! Finding the right house isn’t always a sprint… sometimes it’s a marathon. 🏃‍♀️🏡

And if anyone knows how to run a marathon, it’s Haylee! 🥇👟

The very first thing she moved into their new home was the pair of running shoes she wore to WIN the Fargo Marathon. From marathon winner to homeowner! ❤️

Travis & Haylee’s journey to finding their first home took some patience, some searching, and a little trust that the right one would come along. And just like a marathon, it’s not always about how quickly you get to the finish line it’s about knowing when you’ve found the finish line that was meant for you.

And they did. 🏡✨

🏡✨ HAPPY HOUSE DAY, KYA!

Today is extra special because this girl is so much more than a client — she’s like family. And watching her make this HUGE step into homeownership makes me one very proud Mama.

Kya got herself an incredible deal on an incredible place, but let’s just say… getting to the closing table was a bit of an adventure. 😂

But she is going to take this place, pour her heart into it, and turn it into something beautiful.

And the fact that she’s doing all of this while being SO young makes me even more proud. She’s brave, determined, hardworking, and willing to put in the work to create something that’s hers.

Kya, I cannot wait to watch you transform this house into your home. I already know it’s going to be AMAZING. And I’m so incredibly proud of you! Thank you for choosing me to help you with this big milestone. I’ve been honored to help you do these big things you’re doing!

Some things just feel like they were meant to be. ❤️

When Sam was a baby, he was always on my hip or right by my side. When he married Angie they gave me ultimate honor to officiate their wedding. I got to help them buy their first home and then had to help them sell it so they could move away. It was so hard having them away for 9 years so having them and now their sweet baby Mac moving back to Fargo makes my heart so happy.

And today, I got the honor once more of helping them find their next home. A charming vintage North Fargo house with SO much potential that I already know they are going to turn into something amazing like they have all their other homes. I cannot wait to watch them renovate it, make it their own, and create a home for their little family back where it all started.

And somehow, even more perfectly… today is Mac’s birthday! 🎂💙 Happiest of birthdays my sweet little Mac! Cousin Mary (and mostly his parents) got you a new home!

Welcome HOME, Sam, Angie & Mac. Fargo is better with you here, and I’m pretty sure Cousin Mary is happiest of all. ❤️🏡🥹

I finally get to yell from the rooftops about this BA insanely talented woman I get to call my friend. See Marissa Myhra there in the back of our garage? She taped, mudded and smoothed the walls in our huge garage with one of the worst Sheetrock hanging jobs. A lot of you have already been referred to her by me and I will refer her over and over again. Drywall mudding is an art and there are very few people that are even subpar. This woman is EXCEPTIONAL and I don’t say that lightly. She has repaired many holes and wall tear outs for us, family and clients over the years and every time we are simply amazed. You would never know those holes were ever there. Like they never even happened. We have walked through this garage looking for any imperfection and it’s impossible. If you have ever tried to do drywall mudding you would really be able to appreciate the talent this woman has but if you haven’t or don’t know anything about it, take my word for it. She is the one to call! And the other great thing is that she can do all the smaller jobs and she can do some of these bigger ones. If you need any holes patched or walls done don’t think twice…call Marissa!!! Thanks for your hard work and putting up with the mess of a drywall job. We know this wasn’t easy but you sure made it look like it was! by @its_maryk

Today my oldest turns ✌🏻✌🏻and the baby started Kindergarten! I’m not going to lie, I have shed tears multiple times today.

I still can’t believe I have gotten the honor of watching Joe grow into such an incredible young man. He has not only moved mountains in his short time he has conquered them. He exudes humility, kindness, thoughtfulness, hard work, perseverance, strength and love. He’s witty and an absolute blast to be around. I cherish every second I get to spend with him and am so grateful he still chooses time with me. I truly can’t find the words to express how proud of him I am. Joe, you are nothing short of a wonderful human and I’m so grateful I get to call you mine. I hope you had the best birthday ever. Love you more than words can ever describe!

*Joe tried to make it up to send Cal off to his first day but just missed us leaving so he FaceTimed him to make sure to tell him to have a good first day. These boys sure are besties. Doesn’t even matter they have 17 years apart. 🥹🥹🥹

🩶 And we had our annual Bdubs birthday dinner for our guy. I’m so lucky to have such a wonderful family that always shows up. (Side note: Miles has officially surpassed dad, brother, uncle and grandpa in height at 14 😱) by @its_maryk

It’s the end of an era and I’m not okay. 😭 Today was officially the last day of Grandpa & Grandma Daycare. Last grandbaby to enter Kindergarten starts tomorrow. To say we are blessed to have had our last kids go to the best daycare in the world is an understatement. To watch the relationships these kids have built with their grandparents is priceless. I’m not sure who’s going to miss each other more the kids or the grandparents. Thanks to the best parents for becoming the best grandparents and helping our babies grow into incredible humans and loving them with everything you have. (Thank god for the daycare still being open for after school care, off days, weekends and summers still. 😆) And now the baby is off to Kindergarten. 😭😭😭🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️🧓🏻👴🏼👦🏼 by @its_maryk
