i have never been this happy as i was this day. I hate flying, i needed medication and to be safe took my throw up bags. But wow, this was the best week of my life. I have wanted to go to Ireland since 2007 after watching p.s I love you…So listening to Galway girl at different local bars, sight seeing all the beautiful places, eating some amazing food and drinking Guinness. I was happy as a clam ☘️🇮🇪

I never in a million years thought I would get a MBA. And from SMU? Of course not. NEVER. I am the party girl all the time who never takes things serious. But yesterday old party girl walked the stage! 🙂 and I couldn’t have done without GOD, my family, my friends, my coworkers. I really dedicate this to you all. You cheered me on, you saw me struggle, and you don’t know how your words of encouragement, your congratulations mean to me, those little things mean to me. It motivated me to get here. AIGHT FAFSA. I know you coming for me, but let me enjoy my 30 seconds of fame. 😂 thank you to everyone who made it to the ceremony (missing some pics), din din, and the outing. I am beyond blessed with the friends I’ve made along the way. Now I’m about to go ice my knee cause that casamigos hit and yo girl took a fall 😂 I am out ✌🏻

living alone diaries - apartment version ✨

only took 3 years…no biggie, right? like i mentioned in my story before, I signed the lease without even touring the apartment, it was a spontaneous move but I can’t say I regret it. When i was little i always liked decorating and was constantly changing stuff in my room. I did the same with this place, which i kinda regret because I spent a lot of unnecessary money and don’t have any of the stuff.

I wanted to create a comfortable and cozy place, but on a budget of course. i chose a lot of neutrals so browns and beiges for the living room and the room.

One thing i can say is TAKE YOUR TIME, it can get overwhelming wanting to do everything at once, sometimes i felt like i needed to have this now and wasn’t 100 percent sure if i even liked the item. Now i am in awww, and i wake up in the morning like “wow this is really my place” and i feel grateful. My 20 year old version would be proud. This was a big milestone for me and I can’t wait for my next milestone.

i couldn’t find a large enough painting to go with the aesthetic, so i made my own. as you can see I have a hugeeee wall, so I needed something large enough to fit. i looked for art on amazon and I couldn’t find something i was in love with so i went to @pinterest and i found some DIY paintings and created my own little art piece, i have to say i am proud of myself 👩🏻‍💻
