Time to reintroduce myself,

I’m Abi Oniru, 28 and on a mission to impact over a million lives by showing them how to find financial freedom through a unique vehicle.

In December 2023, right before my son was born, I prayed to God for a new income stream outside of property. Just 2 weeks after his birth, my prayers were answered.

Little did the younger version of me know that one day she would become an entrepreneur, property investor and businesswoman, building businesses and creating opportunities for others. 🥹🤍

I studied Drama and Theatre, and never in a million years did I imagine that I would go on to build a property business, own multiple properties in my 20’s and become an entrepreneur.

Today, I’ve been able to help over 1,000 people get into real estate, while also impacting lives by helping people create multiple streams of income remotely and build businesses of their own.

When I look back at my journey, I realise that God was writing a story far greater than anything I could have imagined for myself. There were seasons when I didn’t understand what I was doing, why certain doors were closing or why I had to go through certain experiences.

But one thing I’ve learnt is that God’s plans for us are always greater than our own understanding. Sometimes, the very seasons that feel confusing are the ones that prepare us for where we’re meant to be.

You may not understand the season you’re in right now. You may question your direction, feel uncertain about your future or wonder when things will finally fall into place. But trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when you cannot see it.

Keep showing up, keep praying, keep believing and, most importantly, keep trusting God’s timing.

One day, you’ll look back at the very season you struggled to understand and realise that God was preparing you for everything you’ve been praying for.

Just 7 days ago, your girl turned 30 years oldddd 🥹🎉✨ and I celebrated my BEST birthday party yet!!!

Honestly… it was an absolute MOVIE 🎬🥂✨

I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone who played a part in making it so special. The love, the energy, the memories… everything was just PERFECT. 🩷

This new chapter of my life is about LIVINGGGG! 🥂✨

My 20s were very much GRIND MODE — building, sacrificing, learning, growing and putting in the work. And don’t get it twisted… your girl is STILL grinding 😂💪🏾 but this season is different.

This season is about living, enjoying, experiencing, travelling, creating memories and having FUN! 🥹🌍✨

Everything God has done for me and everything I’ve worked and prayed for over the years… it’s time to bear the beautiful fruits and let it BLOSSOM. 🌸

Dear Abi,

Today, I want to take a moment to speak to myself and remind myself just how proud I am of the woman I have become.

Last night was truly unforgettable. Being surrounded by so many people I love, celebrating 30 years of me, was such a beautiful reminder of how blessed I am. Honestly… I’m officially 30! Can you believe it?! 🥹

30 years of God’s grace and blessings.
30 years of life shaping and moulding me into the woman I am today.
30 years of lessons, growth, love, challenges, victories and becoming.
30 years of simply being me.
And 30 years of a life that I know is only just beginning. ✨

Abi, I hope you never forget how far you’ve come. I’m proud of you for every version of yourself you’ve had to become along the way. I’m proud of the woman, mother, entrepreneur, friend and person you are today.

Many people will be receiving their GCSE results today, and I just want to share a little word of encouragement:

Whatever that piece of paper says, it does NOT define your future. 🩷

I remember getting my GCSE results and receiving just 1 GCSE on my birthday. At the time, I genuinely felt like I had failed.

But then I had one conversation with my mum that completely changed my perspective.

I realised I needed to focus on what I was good at, rather than dwelling on what I wasn’t.

Academics wasn’t really my thing. But being practical, learning through experience and, most importantly, DOING was.

And years later, at 29, I now have 11 properties to my name — all from DOING.

From my own experience and research, many successful entrepreneurs weren’t necessarily the people who looked the smartest on paper. What they were good at was recognising their strengths, taking action and staying focused on what they could do.

So if you’re looking at your results today and feeling disappointed, please remember:

You have your WHOLE life ahead of you.

One set of results cannot determine your potential, your success or the life you’re capable of creating.

Your story is only just beginning. Go out there, find what you’re good at, take action and build the life you want. 🩷

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. You just need a clear goal, a strategy and the willingness to get creative. 🏡💰

I focused on building cash, creating multiple income streams and then putting that money into assets that could pay me back.

The goal wasn’t just to own property — it was to build cash flow, financial freedom and long-term wealth.
