A part of me was released and left behind today during a powerful Owaken breathwork session. During my deep meditation work with Owaken, I felt as though I went through the trenches of my inner world, and when I emerged, tears streamed down my face in recognition of how lucky we are to experience this human journey. My near death experience had already shown me how fragile life is, and this practice reminded me that at the core of existence, everything is rooted in love & that BREATH IS MEDICINE. I am overflowing with gratitude for the gift of life and for the ever- present access to the divine, knowing that no matter what unfolds, it is always within me and with me. 💨🧘🏽

Some of this may feel intense, but this is exactly why we’re here- to do the inner work, to explore ourselves honestly, and to shift the course of our lives by releasing and transforming the weight of generational curses. 🧬

Thank you @hellaomega & @lukismac for an incredible space to explore and surrender ❤️‍🔥
