I love a cutesy weekend ✨🤭 by @itsalexisss
Still processing this one… 🥹🔥 I finished my first HYROX. 1:48:53. Every moment training for this race I wondered what tf I signed up for…but crossing that finish line made every workout worth it. Huge shoutout to my partner @ari.4short, we really did that. 🤝🏾 And endless love to my trainer @musclesbymya and our HYROX Hottie team @vivacity7 & @_iamciera 🫶🏾 Doing this race on International Women’s Day made it even more special. Seeing so many women out there, especially Black women, competing, pushing limits, and showing up for themselves was inspiring. I love us fr. 🖤✨ I’ve officially drank the kool-aid. So, same time next year? . . . . #hyrox #hyroxdc #hyroxathlete #hyroxamerica #BlackWomenHyrox by @itsalexisss

I don’t often hate leg day, but April’s program got me feeling a way for sure! This is the type of madness @musclesbymya puts me through so that I can be double cheeked up. Not only on Tuesdays, but everyday! 🍑🍑🍑 . . . . . . #gains #gymgirls #womenwholift #blackgirlslift #womensfitness #blackgirlfitness #herflexfitness #gymmotivation #fitnessjourney #fitfam #fitnessmotivation #fitspo #weightloss #blackgirlmagic by @itsalexisss

You see how I spent my birthday month? Very mindful, very Leo, very cutesy 😂 It was one to remember, until next year 🫶🏾 by @itsalexisss
I’ve been super intentional about how I’ve been spending my time and what I put my energy into this month. And while I have been winging it for the most part, I’ve made sure that everything I do is something I want to do or know I’ll enjoy and that is how I plan on spending this next year. The month’s not over yet, more shenanigans otw! But today, cheers to 3️⃣2️⃣🥂✨🥳 by @itsalexisss
