🇮🇹🍝 During our foodie trip to Rome a couple of months ago, we decided to delve deep into the art of pasta making. And who better to guide us on this journey than @walksdevour ?

On a glorious sunny morning in Trastevere, we stepped inside a bright space where two chefs were waiting to initiate us into the magic of freshly made pasta.

We made two types of pasta from scratch, the most delicious vegetarian version of the famous Puttanesca sauce, and fresh gelato. During the cooking class, we sipped Prosecco to our heart’s content while making new friends from all around the world.

We can’t think of a better way to spend a few hours in the heart of Rome. The best part? At the end of the pasta-making class, you get a proper digital cookbook so you can recreate Rome’s special flavours for your loved ones back home.

🇮🇹 You know how we can’t stay away from Italy for long, right?

So, a couple of months ago, we revisited our beloved Rome on a mission to try the city’s best vegetarian dishes.

On this quest, we weren’t alone. Our friends at @walksdevour were also there to help us uncover all of Rome’s meatless secrets.

This food tour of Trastevere, our favourite neighbourhood in Rome, was probably the most delicious part of this journey, as it was easily adapted for vegetarians, like us.

Learning about Italian life while nibbling on mouthwatering vegetarian dishes is probably the best way to feel like a local in this beyond-words beautiful part of the city.

Last summer, we spent a few weeks near Blackpool. While most of our British friends are still wondering what the hell we were doing there, we had one of the best travel experiences ever during that trip: afternoon tea within the walls of the spectacular Blackpool Tower Ballroom 💃🕺

It’s been quite a challenging year with health and other struggles, but at the end of the day, what we remember are the good times we shared in the beautiful places we called home.

Thank you for everything, 2025; the good and the bad.

Baščuća Hotel in Sarajevo quickly became one of our absolute favourites. 🧡 Just steps from the Old Town, it’s the perfect base for exploring — and coming back to spotless rooms, cosy spaces, and one of the most delicious breakfasts in the city.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious and did we mention the cats? They’re everywhere and they make the stay even sweeter. 🐾

If you’re visiting Sarajevo, this place feels like home. 🏡✨

🇧🇦 During our recent trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina, we enjoyed the perfect day trip to Travnik and Jajce from Sarajevo with @meetbosniatours
