If you’re already the girl sending links, sharing your holy-grail products, and convincing everyone you know that they NEED that lip combo… this might be for you. 😂

The beauty + wellness brand I use every day just launched on TikTok Shop, and creators can earn 40%+ commission by linking products they genuinely love.

No, you don’t need to be a beauty expert. You just need to actually like beauty products and know how to create content around them.

And honestly? I’d much rather get paid for something I’m already doing anyway. 👀

I’m looking for a few girls who want the details.

Comment INFO and I’ll send them your way. 💋 by @itsashleyglasper

I was doing everything I was supposed to do… so why wasn’t my body responding?

At 38, perimenopause changed EVERYTHING for me.

I was eating well. I was working out. I was taking care of myself. But the inflammation, the weight that wouldn’t budge, and feeling like my body was working against me had me so frustrated.

So I stopped trying to do more and started looking at what my body actually needed.

Here’s what made the difference for me 👇🏼

1. I started a GLP-1. For me, it helped with the food noise, cravings and inflammation that had been such a struggle.
2. I prioritized protein + whole foods and made sure I was actually fueling my body.
3. I added supplements to support my body. This is something I feel like SO many people overlook.
I wanted to support my nutrition, digestion and inflammation throughout my journey.
4. I kept walking and strength training because I wanted to lose weight AND feel strong.
5. I prioritized sleep, recovery and consistency.

The GLP-1 was a tool, but it wasn’t the whole story. I still had to show up and make the lifestyle changes.

And 8 months later, I’m down 43 lbs and feel better in my body than I have in a LONG time. 🤍

If you’re curious about the GLP-1 provider I trust, the supplements I take, or both, comment START and I’ll send you everything. ✨ by @itsashleyglasper

Listen, I’m in my “get my shit together, look good doing it, and build a life I’m obsessed with” era. 💋🔥

I’ve spent enough time pouring into everyone else. This chapter? I’m pouring into ME, my goals, my money, and the woman I’m becoming.

And I’m not just talking about a glow-up. I’m talking about creating options for myself, building something of my own, and surrounding myself with women who want more out of life, too.

Because healing is one thing. But watching yourself build a whole new life? THAT hits different. 🔥

And if you’ve been feeling that nudge to do something for YOU, girl, maybe we need to talk. 👀♥️ by @itsashleyglasper

Their mama does NOT like everybody. Not even a little bit. 😂

My circle is small, my social battery is questionable, and honestly, I’ve probably always been this way.

I’m at the age where I genuinely love my own company, my peace, my space, my family, and the same handful of people.

And by handful, I mean 3-5 people. And 5 is pushing it. 💀🫠 by @itsashleyglasper

Perimenopause didn’t change who I am… it just lowered my tolerance for bullshit. 😂

Somewhere in my late 30s, I went from:

“Maybe I should explain myself…”

to

“Actually, you can misunderstand me.” ✌🏼

People pleasing? Expired.
Over-explaining? Retired.
Protecting everyone else’s peace over mine? Absolutely fucking not.

Did perimenopause also bring the brain fog, exhaustion, mood swings, shitty sleep, inflammation, anxiety, and stubborn weight?

Unfortunately, YES. 😵‍💫

So I stopped fighting my body and started learning how to work with it. The peptides + supplements I take are now part of my daily routine, and I genuinely feel more like myself again.

Want to know what I take?

Getting older, healing, and going through things will teach you a lot about yourself.

You can be strong and still need support. Independent and still want to be loved. Soft-hearted and still have boundaries.

I’m learning that I don’t have to harden myself to protect my peace, lower my standards to keep someone, or explain myself to people who have already decided who I am.

I can love deeply, feel everything, forgive, grow, and still know when it’s time to walk away.

I’m not becoming a different woman. I’m becoming a woman who knows herself better, chooses herself more, and no longer feels guilty for wanting the same love, effort, and consistency she gives.

And honestly? There’s something beautiful about that. 🤍 by @itsashleyglasper

I’m learning to take responsibility for my growth without blaming myself for everything I’ve been through.

And honestly, I think a lot of women need to hear this.

You can admit you’ve made mistakes without making yourself the villain.

You can look at the ways you reacted from hurt, the things you tolerated for too long, the boundaries you didn’t have, the versions of yourself you outgrew… and still have compassion for the woman who was doing the best she knew how to do at the time.

I’m doing a lot of that reflecting right now.

At 38, I’m rebuilding parts of my life I thought would look completely different by now. I’m learning what I actually want, what I’m no longer willing to tolerate, and who I am when I stop making decisions based on fear, guilt, or keeping everyone else comfortable.

That doesn’t mean I get to blame everything on my past.

My reactions are mine.
My habits are mine.
My boundaries are mine.
The choices I make when nobody’s watching are mine.

I can’t control what people do to me. I can’t rewrite what already happened.

But I can decide whether I let it make me bitter, keep me stuck, or become the reason I finally start choosing differently.

And maybe that’s what this season is really about.

Not becoming a completely different woman.

Becoming the woman I kept putting off becoming because everyone and everything else came first.

The woman who keeps her promises to herself.
The woman who stops abandoning herself to keep the peace.
The woman who can have a soft heart without having no boundaries.
The woman who can start over without seeing starting over as failure.

I’m still figuring it out.

But I know I’m not the only woman in the middle of it.

So if you’re rebuilding too, I see you. 🤍 by @itsashleyglasper

If I’m being honest, this IS a chapter I chose.

Not because divorce was the plan, but because staying in a life that no longer felt right wasn’t an option for me anymore.

I knew I could do better. I knew my kids deserved to see me happy. And deep down, I knew there was still so much more life left for me.

So now I’m 38, raising my kids, working, navigating perimenopause, rebuilding my confidence, my body, my bank account and honestly… myself.

And some days, that feels exciting.

Other days, it feels fucking terrifying. 😂

But I keep reminding myself…

I’m not starting over.

I’ve already built a 6-figure business. I know how to create. I know how to build relationships. I know how to show up online. I know I’m capable of creating an income that changes what’s possible for my family.

I just don’t want to build the same way I did before.

I want more freedom.
More intention.
More life outside of work.
More money without sacrificing every damn piece of myself to get it.

So I’m taking everything I’ve learned, starting where I am, and figuring out what’s possible when I bet on myself again.

I’m not waiting until I have the perfect success story to share it.

You’re getting the messy middle.

The rebuilding. The learning. The wins. The “what the hell am I doing?” days. 😂

Because maybe rebuilding your life doesn’t mean you failed.

Maybe it means you finally decided your life was worth rebuilding.

And that’s exactly what I’m doing. by @itsashleyglasper

You can’t.

Oh… but I can. 😏

Call me insane. Call me delusional.

I’ll take it.

Because every “you can’t” just makes me think:

Bet.

43 lbs down in 8 months. 🔥

Not overnight. Not luck. I just stopped asking:

“What if I fail?”

And started asking:

“What if I don’t?”

The version of you you keep dreaming about isn’t going to become her by waiting for permission.

Start scared. Start unsure. Just START. 🦋

I think getting older has made me a lot more protective of my peace.

I’m not interested in arguing, proving myself, entertaining weird energy, or forcing connections that don’t feel genuine.

I can love you, support you, root for you, and still know when you’re not someone I need close to me.

I used to give way too many chances because I wanted to see the good in everyone.

Now? I pay attention to patterns.

The access you have to me is earned, and once I realize the energy isn’t mutual, I’m perfectly okay stepping back.

No hard feelings. No big announcement.

Just boundaries.

Wholehearted people only. 🤍 by @itsashleyglasper
