It’s officially complete 🥹💕

What I Know Now.

I poured so much of myself into this one, and I’m genuinely proud of it. It’s about womanhood, growth, trusting yourself, starting over, and some of the lessons life had to teach me the hard way.

If you grab a copy, let me know — and share this with a woman who might need it. 🫶🏾

What’s one thing you know now that you wish you understood sooner?

Personal habits that saved my life as a 38-year-old wife and mom of two who thought she was behind in life 🤍

1. Starting over without waiting for Monday.
Because one rough morning doesn’t have to turn into a rough week. I can miss a day, lose my routine, or get overwhelmed and still make my next choice a fresh start. I don’t need a new week to try again.
2. Writing things down instead of trying to remember everything.
Because trying to keep track of appointments, ideas, responsibilities, and everybody’s needs in my head is exhausting. Writing it down gives me somewhere to come back to. Remembering everything doesn’t have to be another job.
3. Letting “good enough” count.
Because I’ve made things harder by believing they only count if I do them perfectly. A short workout still counts. Cleaning one area still helps. Doing what I can today gives me something to build on.
4. Taking breaks without calling myself lazy.
Because I don’t want to keep pushing until exhaustion makes the decision for me. I’m learning to rest without spending the entire break thinking about what I should be doing.
5. Focusing on my current season instead of comparing timelines.
Because somebody else’s progress doesn’t tell the whole story of my life. I have my own responsibilities, resources, and priorities. I can work toward what I want while being honest about what I can manage right now.

If you’ve been feeling behind too, I made a free e-book called Girl, You’re Not Behind. It’s a place to start when you’re ready to stop measuring your life against everybody else’s.

So thankful for my babies. No horror story, no regrets, just no desire to do it again. 😂 My prayer request has been fulfilled. No additional requests.

A day in my life as a wife and mom of two… featuring the last-minute “Mom, I need pajamas” announcement 🛍️

Why do kids wait until the LAST possible minute to tell you they need something? 😭

So off to Marshalls we went for pajamas, because apparently I’m a mom AND a mind reader. 😂 We ended the day with a little food date, and honestly, these are the little moments I love.

Moms, be honest: What did your child tell you they needed at the very last minute? Let’s compare notes in the comments. 👇🏽💕

People ask me what I do for fun.

Girl, I’m 38. I like Pilates, going to bed at 9 p.m., drinking iced coffee, having a clean house, annoying my man, being a great mom, and sending reels to the same four people.

And finding out plans got canceled so I can stay home and stay out of the way? Now that’s a good time. 😂

And if you’re figuring out what this season of life looks like for you, grab my free guide, Girl, You’re Not Behind, through the link in my bio. 🤍

Happy 11th Birthday to my first baby, my one and only son! 🥹💙🎉

I love you more than words could ever explain! I honestly cannot believe you’re already 11 years old. Like, where did the time go?! 😭 Even though your birthday isn't until 10/27 I needed to post this today lol.

I was literally getting emotional because my babyyyyyy is really growing up on me! 🥹 It feels like just yesterday I was holding you in my arms for the very first time, and now I’m watching you grow into such a smart, funny, loving, and amazing young man.

Being your mommy has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. You were the first person to ever call me Mommy, the one who introduced me to a love I never knew existed, and no matter how big you get, you will ALWAYS be my baby boy.

I am so proud of the person you’re becoming, and I pray that you always know how deeply you are loved, how special you are, and how much you mean to me.

Happy 11th Birthday! Mommy loves you forever and ever! 💙🎂 #boymom #birthday #11 by @itsashleyswain
