Genius business ideas (Part 35) Mobile Sauna.

People want sauna and cold plunge, but they do not want to join a spa or build one at home. So this business tows a cedar sauna on a trailer to their backyard, Airbnb, or event, heats it up, and picks it up when done. You sell it to homeowners, Airbnb hosts, retreats, gyms, and corporate events. Rent it for about $500 a day, book it most weekends, and that is roughly $4,000 a month. And the best part is, there is no storefront, no lease, and the trailer is the whole business.

Boring businesses to start based on where you live

SMALL TOWN
Tree service — big trees, and no big company to call
Septic pumping — every rural home has a tank, and it always fills up
Well drilling — no city water out there, somebody local drills them
Propane delivery — recurring routes, customers locked in

BIG CITY
Pest control — density means the bugs never stop
Junk removal — a hundred customers inside one mile
HVAC repair — every building has a unit, and they all break
Appliance repair — cheaper than replacing, so the phone always rings

THE SUBURBS
Lawn care — weekly routes, paid in every season
Pool cleaning — skip a week and it’s green
House cleaning — recurring, and booked out for months
Garage door repair — high ticket, nobody DIYs a broken spring
