Saturday May 9,2026 I walked the stage to receive my MBA degree And to be honest this journey put me to new and unexpected challenges. There were numerous assignments, stressful deadlines, and times when I felt completely drained, as well as long nights when I barely got any sleep. Behind closed doors, I shed a lot of tears due to stress, exhaustion, self doubt, and trying to balance everything that life threw at me at once. I had days when I really wanted to give up and days when I wondered if I was strong enough to keep going. But I kept pushing myself because I knew that giving up would never be an option for me. I learned so much more than just business and leadership from this journey. It taught me perseverance, self control, patience, and self confidence. It demonstrated to me that growth occurs in uncomfortable situations, such as when you are exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure of yourself but nevertheless decide to continue.

I am grateful to my family for being my most important support system. I am grateful to you for your prayers, support, and love, as well as for always believing in me, even when I struggled to believe in myself. I could never adequately express how much I appreciate your support💙🫶🏾

And to my friends 🥹💕 thank y’all for always supporting me in EVERYTHING I do. I am grateful to you for your constant support, checkins, encouragement, and amusement during trying times. Additionally, I appreciate your constant reminders of who I am whenever I feel discouraged. Having genuine people around me who celebrate me and want to see me win is something I’ll never take for granted.

Walking that stage was a reminder of every sacrifice, every sleepless night, every setback, and every prayer that got me to this point. Even though no journey is perfect, every step is important, and I’m proud of myself for getting this far. Keep going to those who are pursuing their objectives right now. Even when it gets hard. even when you’re exhausted. even when you want to give up. One day you’ll look back and realize every difficult moment was shaping you into the person you were meant to become!✨🫶🏾

This was the best Christmas gift that I ever received and I now get to share it with the world 🥹🥰………

I have dreamed of this moment since we were kids🥺And now, watching you step into fatherhood feels unreal in the most beautiful way✨ I’ve seen you grow, overcome, and become the man you are today and now you’re someone’s father. That alone fills me with so much pride.

To my sister-in-love, stepping into motherhood so gracefully your strength, your love, and your nurturing spirit already shine so bright. Your baby is blessed to have you, and I admire you more than words can explain. In just two days, I’ll officially be a HBCU graduate. This milestone is not just for me, but for my parents too, as all three of their children will have earned degrees. My journey began in 2015 at Bethune Cookman University, driven by a desire to escape Miami. After a year, I ventured into entrepreneurship in Tallahassee, guided by faith and ambition. Three years later, a divine nudge led me back home, not prepared for what laid ahead. Despite my initial reluctance, God’s plan unfolded, intertwining education and entrepreneurship in my life. Surrounded by mentors who were both entrepreneurs and graduates, I realized the value of academia is by building connections. So, in the spring of 2020, I committed to full-time study. Now, on May 11th, 2024, I’ll proudly join the ranks of Florida Memorial University alumni. It was all in HIS plan 🦁🧡💙🥳
