The Casey’s 🤝 camping

On this years camping trip we got a 4 generation photo (!!), met my one month old niece, sang backup for my talented cousin, and just had a really great time with my family in the woods 🥹🏕️ by @itsbrendacasey

Had an amazing experience performing at @fliptheswitchdance with my @koredanceacademy fam this week! This was my 5th performance with Kore which feels craaazy.

I can’t even express how much getting back into dance has healed my inner child. The one that had to give up dance when she was a pre-teen because of money. The one that never felt like she was enough. The one that felt like the only goal for her body was to make it smaller. Dance and the opportunities that Kore has given me have fundamentally changed me as a person (or maybe, allowed the real me to come forward).

So so grateful, so so appreciative of @jasminemason_ and @alexander.chung for creating a space for adults who love dance to fricken DANCE. by @itsbrendacasey
