Some nights just stay with you. Meeting Mike Tyson and his beautiful wife Kiki Tyson was such an honor, but what moved me most was being reminded of the power of people who dedicate their lives to helping others heal.

Watching Sean continue to guide people through their pain, struggles, fears, and personal demons with so much compassion, patience, and grace makes me endlessly proud of the man he is. The impact he has on people’s lives is something truly special to witness.

I feel incredibly blessed to love and stand beside a man with such a kind heart and steady spirit. Grateful for inspiring conversations, beautiful souls, and nights I’ll never forget.

2 YEARS IN LA 🌴☀️🌊

2 full years of living in Los Angeles… and honestly, if you would’ve shown me this version of my life two years ago, I probably would’ve said, “Okay… but how exactly did we get there?” 😂 The funny thing is… I didn’t know.

I moved across the country thinking I knew what I was moving toward. I thought I had community. I thought I had friendships. I thought I knew what my relationship was going to look like. I had a picture in my head of how everything was supposed to unfold. And then God said, “Cute plan. Anyway…” 😂 He turned some things completely upside down. People, relationships, expectations, plans I thought were permanent. Some things I thought I was losing were actually making room for something I couldn’t even imagine yet. And somewhere in the middle of all those reroutes, I found my person. ❤️my fiancé, my best friend, my home, and a kind of love and partnership that I didn’t even realize was a missing piece of my life until it showed up. Now I wake up and live this crazy, beautiful little life by the beach with the man I love, building a future I once couldn’t have even put into words. 🌊🤍

And it has taught me something, You don’t always need to know the HOW. Sometimes you just need enough faith to take the next step. We live in a world where we’re constantly trying to have every detail figured out before we move. The perfect plan. The perfect timing. The perfect job. The perfect relationship. All the ducks in a row. 🦆😂 Meanwhile, sometimes the ducks are not coming. Sometimes they’re in another state. Sometimes God is like, “We’re actually not doing that.” Take the calculated risk. Make the move. Say yes. Start over. Dream bigger. Think bigger. Stop overthinking every possible outcome and allow life to meet you halfway. Because sometimes the reroute isn’t a detour. It’s the destination you didn’t know to ask for. 2 years ago, I was brave enough to move without knowing exactly how it would all work out.

Today, I’m grateful I did.
Grateful for every closed door.
Every unexpected turn.
Every uncomfortable beginning.
Every “this isn’t what I thought it would be.”
