>>> In my journey pursuing Gods purpose, I have a prayer…

Whether my life be short or long, let it have eternal impact—with fruit far outlasting my time on this earth

{adapted from Jim Elliot, one of my personal role models)

>>> & In my journey pursuing Gods purpose, these are some of the lives I’ve met along the path…

People of passion.
Of pursuit.
Resolute in truth.
Determined forces of good in a world of evil.

They seek to be a source of truth in the cultural scene of chaos and antisemitism…especially on American college campuses.

What then is my heart?

My heart is that we never compare our purpose with one another—but that we each lay hold of Gods purpose to help restore this broken world.

This holy call is the Jewish biblical principle of tikkun olam. I think we all feel it.

I pray no wall keeps us from encouraging our neighbor into their heavenly calling.

…and when I’m finished, may the eternal fruit of my life remain.

This past week I returned to Israel on a historic trip: the first-ever delegation of around 1,000 American leaders partnered with Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs since the nation’s rebirth in 1948.

Throughout the week, we heard directly from those living Israelie reality every day—active IDF soldiers, and a survivor of the Nova massacre who has since lost two friends to suicide because of the trauma of what they saw, etc. I could go on, beloved.

Gen Z, it matters what we believe.

Pastors, it matters what you preach: especially about Israel and Gaza.

Belief informs behavior & convictions.

A pulpit anchored in truth—about Israel and about reality—can catalyze radical change in the hearts of people across a nation.

Israel and the propaganda against her, the antisemitism toward Jews across the globe…I can’t solve all that in a caption. But I can commit my life to advocating for the cause of Zion and for truth.

Beloved, we all have a holy cause worth giving our whole life to. This is beyond believing in Jesus—this is partnering with Him for His purposes to be established among the earth.

Whatever your calling is, pursue it with your whole heart. Surround yourself with people who understand the urgency of your mission. There’s no ‘small’ calling—only meaningful, God give ones.

Gen Z, we must live ‘Hineni’ lives: fully available “here I am, God” — no matter the call, no matter the cost. It doesn’t begin some future time, it begins with a heart seeking after God’s own heart.

In this hour and Chanukah season, the world needs radiant lights and YOU need to know that the vibrant people of Israel love YOU.

Is Eternity In Our Hearts?

God can do all he needs to with an open mind, a chair and some paper! I know not where to take my thoughts but to my brothers and sisters. Be encouraged, but moreover be challenged!
We have a few short decades before our we have to leave this earth. by @itsbrotherjake

Today marks three years since October 7.

For a small nation like Israel, the scale of that day is difficult for us to understand.

On that Saturday, Hamas and armed groups attacked southern Israel, massacring around 1,200 people right where I’m standing most of them civilians—and taking around 250 hostages into Gaza.

What was done to boys, girls, and babies in those kibbutzim is something I still struggle to process.

I wish I had never seen some of the footage. But last year, I went back to Israel alongside my dear friend and ministry partner—pastor Emmanuel.

We visited the massacre site. And at a military base, I saw some of the darkest footage my eyes have ever seen.

October 7 came only three months into my first season of full-time ministry. It was Shabbat. Then Sunday came, and soon the world erupted in accusations toward Israel.

Violent incidents towards Jewish people in the U.S. more than tripled during the subsequent months of this massacre in 2023.

Statistically, I’m a minority in my generation for loving Israel.

But my love did not begin on October 7, and it is not based in politics.

It’s based in the Bible. And it was profoundly shaped by the prophet Isaiah, in a prayer chapel as a college student.

Yes! Years ago in a chapel, the Lord began showing me His heart for Israel through the prophet Isaiah.

God’s everlasting covenant with Israel transformed my understanding of His character and awakened in me a desire to see Israel know her Messiah and Jerusalem have peace.

We must learn to see Israel through God’s eyes and the promises of Scripture.

And whatever suffering comes, take heart.

The King is coming.

He is coming back to that land.

So whether you’re my friend or foe, I’ve got a message for you. It’s not changing:

The God of Israel loves you.
He has revealed Himself in Jesus, who died and resurrected to redeem humanity from themselves.

If you’re hurting in this dark hour, call upon Him. I pray we all know His nearness in the most personal of ways 🤍

a nyc moment & a reminder that there really is a war between good and evil…even when you just want to have a good time!

I was accused of the conspiracies you hear. it seems to me they can inflame people into hatred toward people like me and many other Jewish people.

but we know El Shaddai—the Almighty God—and we have the power of prayer.

don’t leave your faith at the door, because honestly…it’s not an option.

hey beloved friends ᵕ̈

Three years ago…I moved to Jax Beach and joined the mission of Beach Church. Early on, I remember standing in the back corner of the sanctuary one Sunday just asking God to give me His heart for the people…for the place.

He not only did that…but He changed my life through the people I came to serve.

I was accepted into Biola University’s School of Theology. I’ll be spending this next season completing a Masters of Divinity in Messianic Jewish Studies.

Next stop is NYC. I move-fly (made up word but you get the point) tomorrow. Yes, I got that one way ticket. Haha!

And ofc, live life + learn plenty along the way.

Friends, thank you. Many of you became family. And you know how family works…can’t get rid of ‘em. I’ll miss each of you so much.

From Costa Rica to the Middle East and cities in between…I have many more words. I’ll share a blog link soon.

& I’ll see you all again.

Make much of little + love others well.

Shalom ᵕ̈

“And not only that, but we also boast in suffering—knowing that suffering produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Ruach ha-Kodesh who was given to us. For while we were still helpless, at the right time Messiah died for the ungodly.”

College beloveds. Chesapeake bay. A whole lot of God talk…what a special getaway.

oh! and as seasons change, and life goes on…I pray we love deep, live faithfully, and live life wholeheartedly for our Creator.

p.s. next best thing to being in Israel? Some nautical shofar intercession and a morning brew in the Jerusalem mug…

Baruch Hashem that the Almighty Creator God of Israel has promised NEVER to forsake us!

Baruch Hashem that this God will never forsake that little plot of land called Israel…the nation, the land, the people.

Typified in the national anthem, the Jewish people are a people of hope & longing. Be it for peace, for return, or for Messiah…

What can we learn from the Jewish fight for survival?

“God never promised a path without giants, but He did promise to be with us…”

The God who remains faithful & has preserved jewish existence since Abraham will remain faithful to YOU today.

And what’s more? There’s a generation of people—YOUNG and OLD—who love truth more than they love life.

Scott Thomas made the bone-jarring point that Hitler’s Germany was 95% identified as Christian, yet religious identification alone did not guarantee moral courage.

So chazak…take courage! Despite the giants of their time, the God who delivered Israel in Moses’ day, Esther’s day, and King David’s day alike, will prevail again in ours.

Whether facing the literal mountains of Israel or the proverbial ones of your own life, King David knew something we must never forget:

“Our help comes from the Lord; Maker of heaven and earth” (Psalm 121).

London boy. Britain-born. Back home…with one caveat: the accent is unmistakably American. 🇺🇸🇬🇧

Anyway! Beautiful day in London, including:

…surprise greeting from a beloved Irishman,

….an unforgettable picnic at St James’s Park with an incredible new friend, Mish

…& a coffee from my favorite café Nero (the one by Victoria).

Thank you, England. Thank you, Mish! 🇬🇧☕️

Prayer changes people. Prayer changing nations. I need not see the answers to all my prayers. I know that the One I pray to is alive.

He is the God of Israel revealed in Jesus of Nazareth: Yeshua.

Yesterday, I took a train and joined a beautiful time of prayer. Here, we prayed. For Israel. For Iran. For Great Britain. For nations. For suffering people. For evildoers.

Be not offended. But as a 25 year old, I’ve found that that if life is not about us—not about you—we lose ourselves when we forget this truth. It’s freeing. It’s soo challenging. But it’s true. Jesus of Nazareth came for you, suffered for you, not Himself. Oh help me God.

God will take us as deep and as far as we are willing to go. We must say yes to as many God opportunities that come our way.

Book a ticket and learn an unfamiliar train system if you have to!

Show up hungry. Show up humble. God resists pride. But He truly gives grace to the humble (James 4:5).

Among the earth, the glory of God fill rooms with his presence. The glory of God can heal His people. Beloved friend, would you consider Him?

When prayer was finished—the atmosphere was sweet. A humble minister looked me in the eyes, and said these words:

“Find out what Gods doing in your life…then join in.”

I leave you with his words & mine: let us never loose the our wonder of God!
