Before I skate off the scenery again,

“There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” - John 15:13.
I have a friend in Jesus and three weeks ago I was joyous to get baptized in his name. He died so that I can live. There’s no greater love than that.

Truly it has only been by the grace of God that I’ve come this far. And it will only be his grace that will continue to carry me till I go. It’s been times that I even wondered if the decision to follow Christ was worth it; times I’ve been tempted to go back to that old lifestyle of partying and sexual relations, etc but God is faithful and has kept me. Only God knows the countless bad decisions and mistakes I’ve made, yet he never condemned or shamed me. It’s kind when people say they understand how you feel, but it hits different when you can carry all your burdens to the one who truly understands how you feel.

I want to encourage anyone reading this. Draw closer to God and he will draw closer to you. Allow Jesus to transform you, changing your desires and giving you a new heart. What he has done for me, he is willing and able to do for anybody who calls upon his name. Take that step of faith and I promise you it will be the best decision you’ve ever made. And if you got love for me in any capacity, pray that God continues to strengthen my spirit and gives me the grace to continue to put his kingdom above all b/c Lord knows those down days test my faith. But nonetheless above all, I desire and long for everyone of you to be saved. Whether it’s through the messages I’ve put on here or through someone else, I pray it happens. by @itscalm_

As the Son’s return is nigh, I believe God is raising a people that will accurately represent Him in both conduct and character. One that walks not merely in the grace that abounds where sin abounds, but in the grace that teaches us to deny ungodliness, reject worldly lusts, and live in dominion over sin. One that is discontent & unsatisfied with anything in them that deviates from the image of Christ. One that rightly divides the Word of truth and holds fast to sound doctrine. One that will do the “greater works” Christ spoke of. One that lives in such a way that the Word and Name of Elohim are not blasphemed because of them, but glorified through them.

May His Spirit move you from being a spectator to a participant by @itscalm_

Words would fail me to adequately express what transpired this past weekend. Nonetheless, understand this: Worship is more than these clips—it’s a lifestyle. It’s a fragrance that rises to Him. May the testimony of my life be that I was a boy helped by God

Underneath all the ego & bravado, we all just want some genuine & authentic love. The driving force behind our salvation was love. Love was present in the beginning & is still present today - In this lifetime, I pray we all experience it

Posting these now so in 5 years—when the in-home spa is installed, my wife is making yam with egg, and the kids are sparring in the basement—I can repost and say full circle, reminiscing on the faithfulness of God.
