Stop giving access to people who haven’t earned consistency, respect, or reciprocity.

Here’s a perspective:

Your time is limited. You don’t get an endless supply of it, so be intentional about who you invest it in. A full life isn’t about saying yes to everyone - it’s about protecting your energy so you can show up fully for the people who truly matter, including yourself.

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is prioritize yourself and the people who consistently show up for you. Because when you’re constantly pouring into people who don’t reciprocate, you have less to give to the relationships that actually deserve you.

Protecting your time isn’t selfish. It’s how you create space for a life filled with mutual respect, genuine connection, and the people who choose you as much as you choose them.

Before you buy another outfit, ask yourself this ONE question:
