Hopping on to celebrate and shout out my guy Robb Holman and the release of his latest book "Lessons from Abdul: The Hidden Power of Receiving from Anyone, Anytime" I had the privilege of not only seeing him cultivate and live out the message in real time, but also was able to read an advanced copy. And I have to tell you: it’s practical, it’s insightful and like everything Robb does, it’s inspiring! GO GET IT! 🎉🥳 by @itschriscav

8 dudes, 24 hours, more than 125 miles covered, torrential rain, virtually no sleep and a substantial amount of carbs and caffeine consumed. Epic time and experience at the @ragnarrelay New Jersey trail run at Wawayanda state park with my @f3nation_official brothers. #ragnarrelay #ragnarnewjerseytrail #running #trailrunning #f3nation by @itschriscav
I was recently interviewed on the Inside Out Leadership podcast with my great friend and mentor @robb.holman. What an honor and what a blast it was! We talk about the journey of self- discovery, aligning your values and purpose, and the importance slowing down for healthy and sustainable growth. The principles of Inside Out Leadership have greatly impacted my life and this conversation is a testimony to that. The episode has been released on the platforms Soundcloud, Apple Podcasts, and Google Play. There is also a link in the comments! by @itschriscav

Appreciation post for my guy @fraserbayley ! I recently had the opportunity to work with Fraser on my nutrition and training. I have been on my own personal health journey for years and I was already healthy and in good shape by many standards, but I knew there were gaps that I wasn’t addressing. I just didn’t know what they were or how to address them. Nutrition has always been the more perplexing side of health to me and something I never felt fully confident in. There is so much information out there, and my chef skills are simple and limited…I needed guidance, but struggled to trust who to take it from. Bring in @fraserbayley He ran the health call for a mastermind I was apart of and the dude was not only one of the most knowledgeable people I ever heard, but also immensely practical and confident. As a young dad feeling the new limits of my season of life, I felt it was time to invest in myself and level up. So I took the opportunity to work with him one on one. Bottom line- Fraser took the guesswork out everything for me. He didn’t re-create the wheel since I already had a lot of good habits and structures in place. Instead he built on top of my foundation and filled it in more completely. He analyzed my blood work and potential deficiencies, (dude is a guru)! I learned to stop focusing so much on macronutrients, and more on what Im putting into my body (micronutrients), and how to use bio feedback to find out what gives me the most optimal response (energy, mood, gut). I also started eating more of a whole food plant-based diet, which he did not push on me, but some thing I had always wanted to try, but wouldn’t have known where to start. I’ll say it again, Fraser took the guesswork out of it and taught me how to optimize. My nutrition has become more complete, and I am now confident in what I’m putting into my body, in how to make my meals and simple ways to prepare them. I even started growing my own food. Broccoli sprouts anyone? Fraser is always posting inspiring and practical content related to exercise, nutrition, mindset and business and I suggest you check him out. (you don’t have to be plant-based to benefit from him 😜) Thank you bro! by @itschriscav
