HAPPY BISEXUAL VISIBILITY DAY!! 🩷💜💙

This shouldn’t surprise anyone who follows me by now since I make so many jokes about it, but if you’re new here (or media illiterate)…. I’m bi!!!!

(Sometimes I use “queer” too - it’s a toss up these days.)

THIS IS A SCARY POST FOR ME.
I make a lot of content and jokes about bisexuality on this app, but I’ve never really gotten serious about it or publicly told my story. Sooooo in honor of bi visibility day…. here it is!

To the people who know me IRL - I love you. So much. I wouldn’t be where I am today in my level of confidence being so publicly out without your love and support.

To the people I don’t know - THANK YOU for being here! (I love you too hehe) I recognize that a lot of folks follow me on this app for my content and comedy about bisexuality/queerness - thank you for engaging with my content, for sharing your stories (I read them all even if I don’t always have time to engage with each one), and for sticking around. You inspire me, and so much of what I create is made with the goal that it brings you joy & makes you feel seen.

If you are someone out there questioning or struggling with your sexuality - you are not alone 🩷. there are so many resources available to you, and you do not have to figure it out all at once.

Ty, if you read this all I love you, and if you didn’t I still love you 💕

That’s a wrap on my Tequila Claire mini SoCal stand up tour 💕💫🍋‍🟩

It’s been a ride! my first time headlining!! turning some of my most vulnerable inner turmoil + things I’ve cried a lot about into new material! first time I got hate comments about my comedy IRL!! performing at the comedy store!!!

Comedy is so special - life can be hard and painful, but how beautiful to twist it into something to laugh together about.

Grateful as always for my incredible teachers, mentors, producers; my incredible lovely friends and anyone who has come to see me live (I love you); and ofc, my haters - you boost my engagement.

that’s all for now 💕 but stay tuned…. you know im always scheming 😈 by @itsclairedoty
