Love this sport and the people I have met along the way. Thankful for the endless support from those I love and my team who pushes me to be better each day. Just a reminder to keep showing up for yourself and to give nothing but your best, you’ll never regret giving it your all. by @itscookiebrah

Last season was one for the history books! McKendree Powerlifting captured our first-ever Men’s National Championship, and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible support behind our athletes!

Our athletes are training hard to represent McKendree on the National stage, and we need your help to make it possible! Donations directly support our student-athletes through competition expenses, travel, equipment, team events, and more.
Every contribution makes a difference!

Donate through the link in our bio!

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our athletes and this program! LETS GO BEARCATS💜💛

Incredibly fun weekend down in Florida spotting and loading at The Bar Showdown. Thankful for the memories made and all the cool people I got the chance to meet. Was also able to see some cool places and train at a new gym. Thankful for this sport and the people that are apart of it.

🚨REMOTE ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT‼️🚨

A little overdue, but @itscookiebrah from @mckendreepowerlifting competed earlier this month in the @jewellpwlft Invite.

In just his third equipped meet ever, going 6/9 would be a “bad day” for most but the bright side is he still managed to hit a 20kg / 44lb PR to his total, and hit PRs across all 3 lifts. While there is still some room for improvement, Grayson is well on his way to set himself up for a big meet at 2026 Collegiate Nationals. Can’t wait to see what damage we can do this offseason!
