I spent the weekend in a part of Florida that I rarely see. I cruised down the St. John’s River in a houseboat and spent the weekend docked at The Glen. It was so neat and a new experience for me. I’ve been watching #BelowDeckMediterranean so I was prepared to crew the vessel. I got to be the Chief Stew, Chef, Deckhand and even the Captain! Cheers to new adventures! 🥂🐊#floridagirl #floridastuff by @itsdabrand

My first @riot_fest ! So stoked! I guess I’ve had more fun…but I can’t remember when. We “rode the railing” for two days and were front row for so many iconic bands like Sex Pistols, Iggy Pop, Tool, Social D, PIL, and some of my new favorites like The Iron Roses and Bratmobile. We saw SO many of my favorite bands (Pennywise!) and we were always close to the stage. I love being up front in the chaos. The Tool set was the heaviest crowd I’ve ever been in. I was behind Donna and Frank so not able to hold the rail and stay put. I carried dozens of crowd surfers, got smashed around, got in waves that separated me from my friends, but always managed to swim my way back and give them the 👍when I saw them wide eyed looking back for me. I was always fine and I managed to not get caught in the crossfire of a couple of fights. (No injures this time!) On Sunday, it turned into Mud Fest, but we were prepared. Combat boots, raincoats and concert jeans were perfect. We even had extra ponchos. I moshed in the mud to Pennywise just like I would anywhere else. I threw my clothes, raincoat and even my combat boots in the washing machine at our Airbnb and wore them on the plane the next morning to fly out to watch my granddaughter for the week. It’s the perfect ending to an amazing weekend. Thanks so much, Donna and Frank! Your fun attitudes, fearlessness in the crowds and great decision making made for one of the best festivals I’ve been to! Oh, and the rides back after were 💯! I can hardly wait to do it again!

MOLLIE!!! I can’t believe you’re gone. It’s just not the same without you. Everything is so “boring.” I’m trying to act super rowdy, so your renters will move out, forcing you to come Home. You left a mark that can’t be filled. There’s no replacing MOLLIE!! Instead, I’ll impatiently wait for your return, with multiple visits along the way. Love you so much! All the best in VA! You’ll slay, because you’re awesome. #friendsrule #easylivin #livemusic taken in Saint Augustine, Florida by @itsdabrand

Thank you @thequeersofficial for having me on tour. It was genuinely fun to be playing so many songs I love and a real treat to be back behind a drum kit. Met a lot of great people at the shows. Hope to catch you all in the future!
