This past weekend marked the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. I wanted to pay homage to this incredible feat with one of my all time favorite watches - the first watch worn on the moon: the Omega Speedmaster “Moonwatch”. It’s crazy to me that, half a century ago, astronauts staked their lives on its reliability. I try to get out and explore every once in a while, but I often forget to stop, take a deep breath, and appreciate my surroundings. Just a friendly reminder this #earthday to step out and enjoy this beautiful world we have around us. Last stop of the trip: Kuala Lumpur for a good friend’s wedding, and stumbled upon the Thaipusam festival. It was so packed that I got out of my ride ON the freeway and walked with thousands of people to get here. What unreal energy taken in Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by @itsdavo
