There are some experiences that feel bigger than the show itself. ❤️

I’m leaving Hairspray with an enormous amount of gratitude — especially for the opportunity to be part of a production that centered the Black queer experience with such honesty, joy, and love.

Thank you, Travis, for your vision and for creating the space to tell this story through that lens. Thank you to Fatima, Joan, Matthew, and the entire production team for the care, creativity, and countless hours that made this production possible.

To my fellow cast members: thank you for embarking on this journey with me. The laughter, the challenges, the vulnerability, the music, the dancing, and the memories we created together will stay with me for a long time. I’m so grateful I got to share this stage with you.

And to our incredible crew — thank you for making the magic happen behind the scenes, often without ever receiving the applause you deserve. This show could not exist without you.

I’m deeply grateful to have been a part of this beautiful, messy, joyful, powerful little world. Thank you for letting me dance in it. 🩷✨

Some chapters don’t begin with an announcement—they begin with a quiet decision to be seen.

Here’s to the next chapter, the next character, and the quiet magic of beginning again.

Until the next scene.

✨ A little secret I’ve been keeping… ✨

This November, I’ll be stepping into the wonderfully strange world of Young Frankenstein with Little Radical Theatrics at Dr. Phillips Center. 🖤 @littleradicaltheatrics

There’s something magical about being invited into a story that’s equal parts ridiculous, romantic, and delightfully mysterious.

I can’t wait to share this one with you.
Until then… keep the lights low and the secrets close. 🕯️✨

See you in November. ♡ taken in Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts by @itsdelightbb

Missing my SAK family lately 🥹🎭✨

There’s something so special about being in a room with people who are willing to play, take risks, be ridiculous, support each other, and create something completely out of nothing. I miss the laughs, the chaos, the surprises, and the magic we made together.

So grateful for my time with this incredible troupe. Hopefully our paths cross onstage again soon 👀✨ by @itsdelightbb

@itsdelightbb usually joins us for virtual appointments, so having an in-studio session this time was a great change of pace. So good to connect in person!
