Same person. Different standard.

At the end of last year I was lying to myself.

Telling myself I trained enough.
That I was “good.”

But I was drinking when I wanted,
not paying attention to what I was eating,
and I got comfortable.

This year, I decided to be who I say I am.

With a wedding coming up, a 100 miler on the calendar,
and bigger expectations for myself, I tightened everything up.

Nothing I did was extreme.
Nothing was overly restrictive.

It was just consistent.

Showing up when I didn’t feel like it.
Making better decisions daily.
Stacking small wins.

We had gotten to the point decision fatigue when it came to our honeymoon so instead of booking multiple hotels throughout Hawaii and figuring out coordination to the Polynesian island we found a cruise that did everything for us!
This was pretty much our first cruise and we just hope for the best and it absolutely delivered. These are all the outfits that we wore during the cruise!!!
