A little behind the scenes of my writer life - preparing my manuscript, organising my notes, building moodboards, planning my story, and slowly bringing my novel to life. Lo The messy, m quiet, slightly obsessive side of writing a book that nobody really sees. (This is what keeps me going)

well, my book is about a dark academic autumn romance mystery-thriller book called THE MIDNIGHT VALE. It is about an elite university that looks perfect from the outside but hides a criminal empire underneath. After a professor is murdered, two FBI agents are sent undercover with an anonymous mission to uncover the truth. Between six powerful heirs, deadly secrets, forbidden connections, friendships, betrayal, and a slow-burn romance, they soon realise that Midnight Vale is far more dangerous than they ever imagined. 🖤📖

What happened when two different worlds collide…?

🖤🕯️In The Midnight Vale, a thrilling tale of intrigue and suspense unfolds in a city where wealth and power mask a sinister underbelly.
The story is set in the prestigious Midnight Vale University, an institution renowned for shaping the future leaders of the world’s elite. Yet, beneath its polished exterior, the university harbors dark secrets.
The plot kicks into high gear with the murder of a beloved professor, an event that ripples through the hallowed halls and threatens to expose hidden truths.
An FBI agent receives an unexpected invitation to infiltrate the university under the guise of a student, tasked with unraveling the mystery shrouding the professor’s death. As she navigates secret societies, forbidden alliances, and dangerous rivals, she finds herself falling for the heir to one of Midnight Vale’s most powerful families, the very man she may be investigating.
Her journey is fraught with peril, as every revelation brings her closer to a dangerous truth that powerful forces would kill to protect. But the closer she gets to him, the more dangerous her mission becomes.
In this world of privilege and peril, the only certainty is that everyone has something to hide.
Welcome to Midnight Vale, where the stakes are high, and the secrets are deadly.

🌕💕Moon Lovers of Fate is a whimsical, heart-rendering romantic fantasy of a soft-hearted painter stepping into a fairytale garden she painted where she finds a prophecy and a prince who makes a bargain with her to find an ancient darkness that can only be painted with her paintbrush. A story that is filled with friendships, fairytale curses/prophecy, love, grief, cats with wings, yearning, heartbreaks and fate written by the Moon.

This was so fun to do and thank you @itsdwrites for asking me to collab with you💕 can’t wait to read each other’s books one day! by @itsdwrites
